I went into the Shell station on Wednesday June 22 to purchase cigarettes, the manager came out of the back room and started yelling loudly at the cashier. Then ran behind the counter and grabbed the schedule and crinkled it up and threw it then started yelling at the cashier again. Then promptly went outside and smoked a cigarette. She treats certain employees like her son's girlfriend completely different. It's really noticable. This manager needs some anger management and to quit playing favoritism to her son's girlfriend Amanda.

Definitely a four star gas station. Gas pumps seem in great working order and the one that I used was in great working order. The grounds of the gas station were very clean. There were sanitation stations throughout the gas station. Trash cans were clean, windshield cleaning stations were clean. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five was because the convenience center to buy snacks, drinks is very very small.

Seriously the worst "customer service" I've ever recieved in my life. I was charged 2 "holding fees" 4 days ago totalling $130, never even purchased their gas, I went somewhere else, and they still have not been refunded. The "Customer service" rep I spoke to was extremely rude to me. They say it's your banking institution that controlls these charges and my bank flat out told me that's a lie. If that were true why wouldn't it happen at every gas station I visit? Makes sense. After repeating the same thing I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone who at least would listen to me, look up my transactions, check for errors in the system, something, and he said no one like that is available. "So if there is an error in charging lets say, there is no one to call to dispute a charge?" I asked. The man said, "You know what I'm done with this ma'am, I'm hanging up now!" And hung up on me. Never will I ever pump here, buy here again and I recommend you all do the same.

This Shell gas station is on my drive home . I find it a quick stop to buy gas . The pumps are clean and with the easy drive in to and out of . The prices are close to the other gas stations that are in this area. I've not had anyone bothering with I was pumping my gas

Horrible customer service! I spent 43.00 on gas but paid at the pump tried to buy a soda and the guy in the booth who was just dealing with another complaint told me I had to spend $5 to use my shell card by tapping at the sign! If you value customer service this is not the place to go!

Charges customers $1.00 to use free air and water. Also, the lady attendant didn't seem to be able to speak English which made communication even more difficult.
