My company placed an order with this company and they will not respond to any of our emails or calls on status of order for almost 3 weeks now

I called to order some protective clothing and masks. I was transferred put on hold and then when I asked to order was asked if I knew it was a bulk order I said yes then was put on hold again and did not get any answers to my questions and was not able to place an order.

Last year I bought product from this company through an online purchase. To date, a year later, still no product, still no reimbursement as I clearly asked.

Over 365 days ago I bought a product that this company doesn't even sell, but was told through Phil Lynch, the fellow that acted like I was wasting his time on the phone told me "We can get this product" and I went through with the transaction for $39.39. The pricing was excessive and I found out 'after' the transaction moved through. Apparently they drop ship product through the musing of their company name but don't actually have the product. That's okay until you do not ship the product. I'm already disappointed to see the other reviews here on Yelp which certainly shows a trend in what I experienced in these matters. I'm now going to consider what legal options I'm going to take in order to make sure that future prospects that dare take a chance to spend money with this company learn some basic understanding about who you should trust. This is about principle of trusting those you give money to and expecting materials/goods in return. This company has failed completely on this matter and it's beyond the pale that I had to read other victims in the same situation. This company apparently feels compelled to mistreat their customers with financial reward. The same reward I'm now seeking and will gain.

You people are effing useless. You don't acknowledge orders. You don't reply to emails. And you can't be bothered to answer the phone. A shame, because its going to cost you thousands in business from the purchaser for a helicopter company.

Like the other review, antiquated to say the least. Shipping high compared to actual shipping costs. $15 handling fee if under $100. Tried to place a time sensitive order on the 11th. Several failed attempts on their website (although I ended up with $400 in pre-auth entries on my debit card). On the 13th, they still hadn't placed the order with the manufacturer. Wasted too much time with these folks. Bailed and went to Lazzar's.

Purchase from this only: 1) if you absolutely have to - there is NO other resource. 2) if you are sure you will utilize what you buy. I have been trying to return tooling which turned out to be unnecessary for job for over a week. Four phone calls and my sales rep is out of town, or was in the office but left. Left message with other sales personnel and no response. Calls put on hold then dropped. No web solution to return an item. These people have an archaic sales structure. Buy from Enco, MSC, but not from this group.
