Very picky place. Not bringing anything here. They think they're a high end place. Too funny. I will bring expensive stuff somewhere else where it will be appreciated. You deserve no star!!!!

When I was browsing the newly pulled out clothing rack, an employee wearing a pair of glasses told me that I couldn't shift through this rack. I've never heard anything like this in other Salvation Army or any other thrift store ever in my life. In contrast, other stores always invited the customers to check the new rack. So, I asked the manager if customers are allowed to touch the new clothing rack here, she said yes, go ahead. Then I asked her why your employee stopped me from doing so. Then she replied "oh well in normal days we don't allow any customer touching the new rack since people would block the employee walking way, now the store is less crowded so you just feel free to check the new rack." I told her that when the incident happened, the walk way was empty, only me and that employee was there. Moreover, not long before the incident, many customers gathered around the new rack, and none of the employees said anything to them. Then the manager just repeated "you can go check the rack now, you can go check the rack now."It seems like Anthony Guzman's review is completely true. However, I wonder if this store only allow Hispanic customers to scan the new clothing rack and tend to pick on Asian customers

First time coming here and it was a good place...everything was color coordinated so it made it easy looking for clothes...tell you the truth i dont have patience looking through clothes but this place made it fun ..i was able to find 3 shirts and only spend below 10 dollars. I usually dont so thrifting but my sister in law introduced it to me and let me tell you ...if you look you will fins some treasures and you can find vintage clothing ...store associates are friendly and helpful...store is clean and clothes are in good condition...4 stars is because they dont have restrooms...so make sure before you come make sure to use bathroom or even dont drink liquids while shopping because you might need to hold it ...but overall experience was pleasant and good vibes

Workers Allow there significant other to search the racks before anyone else can check. Then they get mad when someone goes look through the rack. They also hold items in the back for themselves really irresponsible employees. Staff needs to be briefed on how they distribute the racks. Really unfair for people who do not have the income to afford new items.

This location is literally the worst the workers there have certain customers that they let scan through the racks before any one new can get to see the merchandise. They also pick favorites through normal interactions and let them view the racks and when someone they do not know sees them they tell them to let them do there job. Highly do not recommend this place. I often go and this is what I notice .

Very helpful staff, clean store and donation area. Some pricing on the high side, however, items for sale are in excellent condition.

P I've been shopping at the store for years I've never had a problem with management nor the store clerks. Pretty fair prices. I happen to go in there two weeks ago with my niece her name is Genesis she's 8 years old. She was excited for me to take her in there and she found a toy that she loved. Genesis was maybe short a dollar or a dollar and a half. She was using her own allowance money that she was proud to get. So I get up there and pay for my stuff and they give me a coupon to use 25% off on next purchase. So then my 8 year old niece goes to buy her toy and she short. So I hand her my 25% off to purchase her toy which would have been the next purchase and would have been a new purchase from a different person. The young lady that was working there comes all the way across the store and start hollering no no you can't do that and took the toy back. I would have understood if it would have been me but you did this to an eight year old child that was so gracefully spending her money in your store. You claim you want to help people I have personally donated a lot of stuff to you. Along with others in the community. And to take the toy back and to put it on the shelf because she was maybe 75 cents short and would not let her use the coupon was outrageous! I'm fully aware that you need to make your money but you also advertise about how you like to help the community well this 8-year-old girl was devastated. You could have let her use that coupon which would have even given her a little change back and she would have been proud using the money that she worked for. All I have to say is shame on you and you don't have to worry about me any of my clients friends or neighbors coming into that particular store because trust me I have let them all know. Shame on salvation army on la Palma in Anaheim ✍️

Probably one of the best thrift stores ever. I left with about 9 items and around $30. Clean, loads to pick from, and some great surprises! Found some awesome cotton long sleeves for 50% off price. & some cute decor for our home. I'll be back !

Talk about don't trust their prices they can change the price on the item like the manger Patricia did to to me. Don't assume the item is that price is mark. The manger 1st is rude bad customer service. I said be contacting Corporate how not to treat customers and how to talk to them she is rude and shouldn't be a manger. I have work in a thrift store but never we change the price higher exspelly if item is on the floor. Bad business. This went from $1.99 to $7.99 at the cash register when checking out to buy and she assumed it had a box and had employee look around the store and then employee ask to check in back. This women needs to resign no customer she be talk down like they mark the item that price and this behavior was infront of my children.
