This place is trash, they didn't know anything about my car and had to check the door panel to just tell me what they will have to over charge me since I have an 11 year old Audi. He said for me to go somewhere else down the street.

I had an oil change, and it was a total nightmare! I took my car to this shady shop that had really cheap prices. But boy, did I regret it! They were so slow and unorganized. They took forever to even start working on my car, and when they finally did, they made a huge mess. Oil was spilling everywhere, and they didn't even bother cleaning it up properly. On top of that, they didn't tighten the oil filter properly, so it started leaking as soon as I drove off. I had to take my car back and get it fixed elsewhere. It was such a hassle and a waste of time. I learned my lesson though, and now I always make sure to go to a reputable place for my oil changes. Trust me, it's worth paying a little extra for a good experience!

Very good service, very friendly staff, I always change my oil at this self-service and they put air in my tires, the prices have increased like everything nowadays ? but it is on the corner of my house I still go there to give it love to my cart.

I've brought my vehicle here at least 5 consecutive times, I've never had a problem with them until about an hour ago. Their oil changes usually take 10-15 minutes, it was taking longer than usual, other vehicles that arrived after me were being finished, I kept hearing banging and hammering. I knew something was up, so I asked if everything was okay, only then did they decide to tell me the plastic part of my oil filter canaster broke during the service and they were trying to replace it basically without my knowledge. I was there about an hour, I asked the customer service advisor to add a note to my receipt of what was broken/replaced upon completion, he said "We Would Have To Charge You" if I do. That didn't make any sense to me, it was strictly for my records. I mentioned I worked for Jiffy Lube for a decade and any abnormalities or repairs during service should be noted, he proceeded to tell me he's worked in the preventive maintenance industry for over 20 years and that I didn't know anything. He was very satisfied with himself because he felt he "put me in my place". Way to loose a customer over your questionable protocol and damage control. I shall take my three vehicles elsewhere from now on. On a side note, some of the employees look miserable, and there was a faint smell of fermented alcohol in my vehicle after the service.Service: Oil change
