*********************** on the sales team was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative on the test drive about the vehicle and features. I purchased a 2021 GMC Yukon for a fair price without all of the "add-ons".Note that you need to be firm on your offer since the new tactic at most dealers is to offer a low price on the internet and then "require" you to buy the "add-ons". It may take the typical two or three rounds with the sales manager, but it can be done. Be sure to read your contract before you sign it--don't be rushed by the finance team.

Terrible experience here. Don't walk in the door here w/out knowing your rights as a consumer and are fully prepared & educated enough to play hard ball. Prepare for $7-8K in aftermarkets, which they'll tell you are mandatory & non-negotiable. And that's before the many thousands in extra warranties & maintenance plans they'll try to bamboozle you into purchasing. I found a pre-owned vehicle here that I really liked through TrueCar, so I made an appointment to test drive the car. The car was listed at $20,800, which was a great price and was within my budget. The salesman with whom I made the appointment did say there were some aftermarkets, but they were negotiable if I didn't want them.After I test drove the car, I asked the salesman who took care of me (a different guy) for the out-the-door cash price. The finance manager came over and told me the dealership had installed five aftermarkets, which added $7k to the price of the car! That's literally a third more than the price I saw online. I told them I didn't want any of the aftermarkets and was only interested in the car anyway, and the finance manager (had an accent, could have been European or Middle Eastern) said he couldn't sell the car at the listed online price at all. Dude, if you can't sell the car at that price, then don't advertise the car at that price point. You're wasting my time and your time.He asked me if I liked the car, and I said yes, but it's now outside of my budget. He rudely responded with, "If you don't like the car, you don't have to buy it." My friend saw and could attest that I was ready to get up and leave. He then said the lowest he could sell it for was $23k before taxes and fees, and then he dared me to find a similar car at another dealership for the same price. He said all dealerships add aftermarkets to pre-owned vehicles these days, which I found out was not true as my previous car that I got in 2021 didn't have any aftermarkets, and two of the cars I test drove in this round of auto purchasing (one of which I ended up getting) didn't have any.For a few days my heart was still longing for the car at this dealership, so I tried to contact the salesperson with whom I made an appointment to negotiate. He did not pick up my multiple phone calls and tried to string me along via texts. After a few days of exchanging texts without him being open to talk about numbers, I realized they were just wasting more of my time.I ended up finding a similar car that had fewer extra features but was a little bit cheaper and the dealership was straightforward and pleasant to work with.TL; DR: Avoid this super shady dealership and save yourself the frustration and wasting your time.

My husband and I had a really great experience working with Q! He made the entire process enjoyable and quick! He made sure to take his time to explain every feature of the car we were looking at as well as answering all of our many questions! Can't recommend him enough!!

I live in San Diego, but got quotes from Anaheim Hyundai just to see what kinds of deals are out there. I was contacted by Juan Zuniga, and we started communicating. He was really helpful, and provided the information and help I needed to make a decision in a timely manner. He was responsive, knowledgeable and honest. You can feel that he really cares about his customers.He tried to work with me and was able to find an offer for me that was better than the other offers I had, and made it worth making a trip from San Diego to Anaheim to buy the car from Anaheim Hyundai. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and helped with everything that he could.I was so impressed with Juan's professionalism and customer service. Juan's positive demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction were the deciding factors in my choice of doing business with Anaheim Hyundai.The rest of the team at the Anaheim Hyundai was also very friendly and helpful. This was one of my best and smoothest car buying experiences.I would highly recommend Anaheim Hyundai and specifically Juan Zuniga if you're in the market for a car.

If I could give Anaheim Hyundai zero stars I would! I took my new 2023 five month old car into the dealer this last Thursday for a routine maintenance and it takes over four hours! Come to find out Sunday morning my tires pressure was off and my car has a low engine oil notification on my dashboard! I take my car to a local jiffy line and they inspect the car they said that the oil was emptied and never filled up again! Also my tires pressure were released and never rebalanced! My tire rotation looks like it never occurred! Why hold me there for 4 hours if you knew you intentionally weren't doing anything to it and then attempted to cause intentional damage to my car! I will never to taking my car back here and corporate will be hearing from me asap!

I had an excellent car buying experience today at Hyundai in Anaheim with Corbin Patel, the internet sales manager. He was direct with pricing and transparent about the various extended warranties. I arrived at 9am and left with my new car right at 12pm. I purchased a 2024 Ioniq 5 Limited (my very first EV)! Its a beautiful car!

I just came here with my girlfriend and bought her a preowned vehicle. The online price showed 22,000 which is what I assumed we were going to be working with. after the fact they slapped on $7000 worth of dealer add-ons lol. And after further review, it turns out some of the items weren't even on the vehicle like they claim. I was strong armed in buying at least two of them. They said it was mandatory on the dealer addendum. It shows that it's optional. Essentially after coming to an agreement higher than the online price. Two days later, a check, engine light pops on, and the vehicle shuts off out of nowhere on the freeway. It shows that all axles in the front and rear were bad. As well as a bad battery and, malfunctioning air flap control. Like I stated before I bought this vehicle for my girlfriend. Under the impression that it went 150 point inspection. The sales rep was hesitant to share the rapid recon with me, and was being very deceptive. The brakes screech excessively and extremely loud after one day of ownership. The vehicle shuts down the freeway after one day of ownership and check engine lights, pop on which I will provide shortly. I come in and try and get in contact with someone who can help me. The sales rep who told me to come in is not here and nobody had recollection that I was coming. I had to drive two hours in order to fight with the sales and service department for us to receive a loaner. After they provided us with the dirty loaner car, it proceeded to have 85 miles in it. I told him that this is unacceptable and that I drove over 100 miles to get here. And then you give me a car with 85 miles in the tank? Nobody wants to give me the general sales manager contact information for some reason. I feel like this vehicle is unsafe, and that they lie about what's on their products as well as the safety of their vehicles. Depending on how the general sales manager handles the situation to determine my updated review. I've had an extremely hard time here today. I would suggest that you get all vehicles inspected by a private mechanic before you buy here as their inspection obviously means nothing. I will be looking to unwind this deal as I do not feel safe, having my significant other in this vehicle. They are trying to say that there is no cool off period. It's not about us liking the car. It's about the safety and functionality of the vehicle. And the treatment that I have received makes me feel like they are just going to put it on the back burner. I will post another update here in a few days.They will greet you with a smile when you're here to buy but as soon as a problem arises, nobody wants to help you and no one shows up . I've been here for almost an hour and a half just trying to obtain a loaner vehicle after the sales rep told me they had one available for me before my 2 Hour drive. I hope that they're able to handle this problem properly and they treat others better.

Be wary of their online prices... Shopped a quote from the Hyundai CPO portal and then when I got the actual quote through GEICO it was $10k more than advertised on Hyundai on the dealership website.Reached out about the discrepancy and asked for a simple out the door cash price, or at least whether the price was the advertised price or the $10k more that I was seeing in the GEICO portal.Nothing but the run around from there... No actual numbers or answer to my very simple and straightforward question. Lots of talk about how the best deal was "always going to be in the showroom" and how they'd "work with me".This place is exactly the reason I hate dealing with car dealerships... No surprise I'm not alone in this experience based on the other reviews. Just glad it didn't get to me actually driving there to find out.Edit: Since I got a reply... I'd just like to know how this is "price transparency"? Pictures are pretty self explanatory...I've done this with other models from your dealership as well just to confirm I wasn't crazy. Average markups over advertised are roughly $7k per vehicle in the ones I've checked.This is simply a dishonest business practice to get people on the lot.
