Went local for my first insurance claim and came here. Such a great and positive experience with customer service! They were knowledgable, professional, and nonetheless, awesome people to work with! I can assure you they'll take care of you. Highly recommend.

Referred a small fender bender thinking it'll be reasonable. Nothing exotic, just a bumper replacement. Well, this shop charged me the epic price of $2100 and it took them a week. Better service elsewhere.

Scott is amazing and a saint. I have an old car rotted out from salt in Canada. The front and splash plate fell off. I damaged it badly. Scott did an amazing job. it I better than when I bought it 10 years ago used. I was hoping it would not be over $600 USD but would not be suprised if it had been alot more. Many place would have instead on new parts. He got creative but asked first. the work I amazing. I had all the cash I could muster and my cc's. Im alone no family a disabled senior but Scott didn't know all that or my health issues except im thin and 70. He refused payment. I still tear up as no one has ever done anything like this. He will be in my gratitude prayers for a long time. and the work was really amazing. It costs alot to run a business with staff, tools, property. power. insurance, etc. He took me right in too though I have driven with masking tape on for months. You will love his work and be suporting a truly Holy Kind Good owner. I went due to good reviews but even if he had charged a fair amount I would be giving 5 stars for quality and speed and creativity.Work on salt damaged cars takes talent you are lucky you found this place. I can't wait to tell others and have friends see my car. God Bless this special place and thank you.

I had been having this driver door sensor issue with my Nissan Rogue sport for 5 months. I had paid for 2 diagnostics at Nissan ($187 each time) and I brought it to them and Scott opened my door and pointed to my issue RIGHT AWAY and it was fixed immediately. Another buddy I auto buddy shop tried telling me I would need a whole new door and match the paint and all that craziness. This place ROCKS!!! Thank you Scott?Service: Body & Trim

Stopped here expecting to possibly have to leave my car for the day.. out of state transplant with rusted on bolts to an expired CO license plate that refused to let me go lol the entire team at the shop was incredibly kind and helpful.. on the spot fixed up my Lexus good as new! Will return and recommend to those in need in the area!

I got in a major accident and all the insurance companies connected me to body shops that have me an insane amount our they told me it couldn't be done. I looked around and searched for the best auto body shops in orange county. Google gave me several options but I got to Russ Ward Au r o Body Shop and they were very close to me and my work. They had outstanding reviews as well. I made an appointment because he quoted me half the amount the insurance companies were charging. My car came out almost brand new.

My insurance adjuster gave me a few body shop options to chose from for my vehicle repair, I chose russ ward because they were local and I wanted to support the small shops. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service, experience and professionalism provided by the whole team and want to thank stephanie for keeping me in the loop during the repair process the entire time. My car was repaired perfectly it feels brand new again. Overall, I would highly recommend russ ward, super down to earth community focused shop and you can tell they love what they do.

No good at all. Paint faded. I took it back they just did touch up and make it worth. I took it somewhere else to fix it!!
