Ordered a kitchen faucet and took a little longer to arrive and came in broken. I discovered it when my wife brought it home. Needless to say I was not very happy. However, you find out how good a company is when you have issues. That said, they resolved it in a quick professional manner to my complete satisfaction.

We purchased appliances for our entire kitchen remodel a few years back. Worked with Ray (the owner), who was very helpful and professional. We spent nearly $20,000 on a new top-end Thermador refrigerator, double oven, drawer microwave, dishwasher and a nice wine frig. Recently, our microwave went out and I called RSSA in order to replace our $2,200 microwave. Spoke with a man, who never called back, never emailed a quote, as he said he would do and absolutely dropped the ball. This is even after I repeatedly called RSSA to follow-up. As a result, we will NEVER do future business or recommend the store to anyone. Went to Pacific Sales in Brea and they were wonderful. Bought the microwave on the spot and had it professionally installed 3 days later. RSSA is simply not the same place it was since Ray retired. Too bad the individuals running this store do not believe in respectful customer service.

From the beginning I had mistakes but I really wanted to like this place as it is a one stop shop for so many things. Now I am having to go to court to recover from their damages. I am building an ADU for several clients. My first one had special needs and her environment has to be sterile (plus no pesticides) and it was a lot of work getting our grass to grow without pesticides. We had it rototilled, leveled and seeded without pesticides. The grass was taped off with yellow tape to not walk on it. Notice how the the guy drives over the yellow tape and breaks it. (see video) It was growing beautifully. 3 weeks in and RSSA send their dumb*** fabricator decided to just pull onto the front lawn while he was waiting for the other truck to pull out. The house they were putting the countertops in was behind this house. It was TOTALLY unnecessary as there is a very big thick wide street for him to have used. He chose instead to drive onto the front lawn of the front house with an original brick pathway we just paid to restore (on the 3 week old grass) creating the grass to cave as it was baby grass and had been watered. Then he decided to do funky driving parking on the white driveway and left black burn marks on our while driveway which was just recently powerwashed and nice. Ali, the owner's son tried denying it, we showed him our cameras and he still denied it. Now he is saying we overpaid to put the grass in and I don't know what I am doing but he does. He knows how to get better prices. I offered for him to send someone to fix the problems and he will not. He is now ignoring me. There were mistakes with every order and phase we did from bad merchandise to overpromising to over bidding. I won't bore you with the details but I kept giving them second chances. we spent tens of thousands to get them denying this video. They designed the kitchen incorrectly and now we had to readjust everything and still the cabinet is touching the appliances when you open and close. I told them I didn't want a spice cabinet and they charged me for one and sent it. So now we have a stupid spice cabinet that the client didn't want. Whats worse is that nothing fits in the kitchen and they do not want to fix it. Fridge/Stove $3k Cabinets $8K Countertop $6 Total for kitchen (not including other rooms and purchases) Over $17K Including the cost to fix the lawn and the driveway $6k I'm stuck with a mess, thank you Ali. Nothing fits together like it should. It would have looked better if I got cabinets for $2K at home depot. I found Kitchen and Bath Concepts in Torrrance who had better prices and no drama. There are other places, avoid this place. We even have proof of video and Ali is denying it even happened. Just crazy! I am now having to waste my time going to small claims court to get my client's property restored.

Great service, selection and value. They stand 100% behind what they sell.If you have trouble finding something, they can get it for you. Very knowledgeable staff who have been working together a long time. Wonderful location, freeway close.

The most rudest place to even shop at. I walked in nobody greeted me I had to ask for help and the first girl with the pony tail tan skin told me I am not assisting anybody you can go to the self search aisle to look what I need!!! So disrespectful and unprofessional! I'll make sure my contractors don't shop here ever!!!!!! Hire better people who value clients. Such an arrogant place. I wish I can remove even the 1 star from here!

I put up with their arrogance to get the bathtub fixture my wife wanted and paid what I thought was a very high price. Had to wait several weeks for the shipping (during the pandemic) but my wife was happy with the fixture. Had a plumber accidently ruin the finish and had to find another fixture to replace so I tried Amazon ... had the exact same item at one third the price and delivered in two days!

I tried pretty hard to resolve my issues with RSSA over the course of many months, and they just seemed to lack any will or interest in meeting the very basics of customer service. I don't like to write poor reviews, but I tried (hard) to give them a chance to come through. At this point I would feel bad if someone else had a $5,000 deposit held hostage for so long and I didn't share my thoughts.This started with a nice meeting with Ali at RSSA about potentially getting cabinets and other appliances and items with them. I was asked to put over $5K on my credit card to hold as a deposit. I should have known better. I won't go into too much detail, but after deciding not to get cabinets with them, they tried to make us spend the money with them instead of cutting us a check or reversing the charge. They still have a few items of ours and will not give them to us or refund the money despite multiple email follow-ups with Jerry and Ali over several months. I'm kind of done at this point. Live and learn.

I went here a few times, looking to purchase appliances for my kitchen. While the initial customer service seemed very nice, they failed to follow up with my quote until I contacted them myself. Rather than receiving the quote from the person that helped us, it was passed off to someone else to do. Not surprisingly, they ended up sending me the wrong quote. That's when I decided it was time to move on.

I went in and there was no one in the place, There was one person behind the counter. When I asked for help I was ignored. Called to complain and the manager told me I needed an appointment and I had to do all the work to find the washer and dryer I wanted. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE LAZY AND FULL OF CRAP EXCUSES,

Their selection is fantastic, and the staff is very knowledgeable, but busy. They are definitely worth a visit but do yourself a favor and do not rely on their website for store hours. It's wrong. THEY'RE CLOSED ON SATURDAY (as of Oct, 2021). Website is wrong, phone answering machine message is 5 mos old. There were others in the parking lot expecting them to be open also. Not sure why they aren't able to put correct hours on either their website or phone message.

Do not buy from this store. The sales people are rude and unprofessional. Not worth your time. We waited for almost an hour for someone to help us purchase items in their store. And the sales person was rude and told us that next time we come and visit we have to schedule an appointment. Schedule an appointment with a retail store? And btw we were the only customer inside the store. I am never going to do business with them.
