We purchased a 2012 Honda cross-tour through Bob and throughout the whole process he’s been awesome. He’s very easy to work with and overall a super chill guy. He made the process super painless and so far my girlfriend is loving the new car. I can definitely recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to go through Bob and his company.

Was a little wary to begin with due to not many reviews/location not being at the Anaheim address listed but TLDR everything is good. Will update if my car has hidden issues come up. Read more below.Easy to work with, no haggling, gave me a price LOWER than the list price for my Ioniq EV. Ended up being about on target for the KBB fair valuation of the vehicle.Did my best to do my homework: mechanical / collision inspection met him & car @ Los Alamitos. Asked Bob to get service records for more details, since I saw it was serviced at a local Cerritos dealership. I had to clear a known issue with Hyundai coolant crystalizing in EV's and turns out I'm good.Zooming out: You're going to take your time to haggle with a dealer in current conditiosn but you have more peace of mind if it's CPO'd. OR if you go 3rd party, pricing is likely better but you gotta cover your six to minimize chance of surprises.Always do your homework and default to "trust but verify" but if no issues pop up, my review will stay as is.Bob gave me a great deal that was right on KBB's valuation of the car. All the dealers mark it up at the high or outside the fair valuation and as other reviews say. It truly is quick and painless dealing with Bob.

I was searching for a specific truck for a while and final came across it and so I called the number and Bob met me same day within the hour to allow for a test drive. He let me take it to a mechanic for 3rd party inspection no questions asked. After the inspection went well we went through the financing paperwork. Be sure to get preaproved through a bank or credit union because he doesn't do financing. While filling out the paperwork he didn't add on any additional fees Which was a nice change. I got what was advertised and it was as smooth as butter. Thanks Bob! Love the Ranger.

After taking 2 entire days seeing car after car and dealing with dealership after dealership, R P Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air. This was the only time I was never pressured to buy. I was given such good information about the car (good and bad), and he was super accommodating. From meeting up at his house late at night, to bringing the car in to get a pre-purchase inspection for me himself since I was out of town, I can't say enough good things about him. Bob may not have an entire lot of cars to choose from, but if you find yourself loving a car that he has on his website or Auto Trader you can rest assured that the experience will be more friendly than "professional" (or how ever else you describe the slim gold chains and oiled monk strap shoes every dealer seems to sport).

Bob is awesome to work with. He's reasonable with all his cars and is honest and transparent. Very hard to find these days in the auto industry!
He gives great customer service, and has clean cars! I would highly recommend giving RP Auto a shot!
