Staff is rude . They accuse of stealing and follow you. Manager doesn’t care one bit. I know I won’t be returning.

I love Ross, always find good quality kitchen & bath items for less. Employees are friendly here & they keep the line moving, rarely a long wait. Senior discount starts at 55 yo which is better than most stores, they offer this on Tuesdays.

The lines to cash registers are mostly normal and parking may be full, but the shopping experience is easy. However, the restrooms seem occasionally clean and out of order.
