Horrible service, I pay way much for a ppo a year and nobody can help you at quest ? neither can you call! Seen the elderly struggle with your pretend receptionist aka a kiosk, extremely done with quest I prefer paying out of pocket then ever return

Able to make appointment online days prior and to check in on their machines, it was efficient and quick. Nice work!

7/7/23 update: came in today and was told they're not taking walk-ins ?Small location. Would not recommend coming here without an appointment, even during the work/week day - seems like they have limited staff and wait-times are very LONG.

Terrible, Terrible customer service. Staff person - CM, very rude, cannot communicate clearly. She could not understand that two doctors ordered different labs. She said she should reschedule me because shes to busy. Made me wait over an hour, poked me twice. Hopefully they don't lose my labs result like it happened in the past. Please train her to be a problem solver not a problem maker.

My last visit was a little better compared to the first one which I gave one star. Generally, I still feel treated as a computer or some other piece of equipment by its staff. If this is meant as being efficient, it totally fails because, in spite of having an appointment, there's always at least a 1/2 to 1hr wait.

Good luck being seen in an orderly or timely fashion. People made appointments are are waiting for hours past their appointment time to actually catch up. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment weeks in advance just to not be seen? Avoid this place.

Last Thursday, I walked in Quest/Anaheim Hills, for a blood test & Anniee was very kind & prompt, she took 3 viles of blood from me & was so gentle , I didn't even feel the 'jab'!!! And she left NO BRUISE on my arm at all. The absolute best experience I've ever had when having blood drawn!!! She's an excellent employee!!! Thank you Anniee.??

This is the worst experience ever. The service is not guaranteed if you walk in. After two hours of waiting to see people that comes in late to the appointment jumping in front of you. No one at the front desk

Worst experience ever. I'm 61 years old and I've had my blood drawn many times. This was the worst pain I've ever experienced. After taking off my gauze bandage, the gauze was completely soaked and I still had blood on my arm, far larger than the gauze itself. I've never had that happen either. Awful technician. She really should get another job. I'll never go back there. I'm trying to call them to get the technician's name. They certainly don't want to talk to you. The only way I could even get off the automated service was to click the number when they asked if I was a physician. Still no answer, and their mailbox was full. They obviously do not want to speak to anyone. Hmmm, I wonder why!!!

I like this Quest location. I always make an appointment beforehand so I do not have to wait as long as I would as a walk-in client. The front staff was not available the other day when I came at lunch, but I checked-in online. Usually the receptionist is not that friendly so I did not mind that she was not there. After I checked-in, a lab technician quickly came out and brought me in to do a blood draw. She was patient and even offered to call my doctor's office to get the paperwork that the office had not previously sent over. She really went the extra mile. I was really grateful that she was a kind phlebotomist as well. Not only was she friendly and helpful, but she was also gentle. Sometimes having my blood drawn is excruciating, but this lab technician made it fairly painless experience. This location is fairly clean as well. All-in-all this is a really nice Quest Lab location!

I had an appointment on 2/4/2022 I walked in with two different lab orders from two different Doctors one was Hpylori breath test and the other one was bloodwork.when I got my results they had my GP as the order Dr on all the results minded you he dint order any of those tests!! One was my GI Dr and the other was my hematologist . My results for the H. pylori breath results test came back as not performed ?? I don’t understand what is going on I called the 800 number they told me to go back and get it done I asked do I need a Dr order again? They told me NO I don’t need a doctor‘s order just go back tell them what happened and they will redo the H. pylori test I wanted to make sure I don’t have to have the doctors order all over again and they assured me I don’t.so I walked in I talk to the girl in there she told me sorry can’t do anything without the doctors orders so honestly this is so disappointing that I don’t even trust them with my blood results I don’t even know if my results are my results or someone else’s results it’s really scary. My GI Dr never got anything results back because he’s name was never put on the order . Today I’m getting ready to go redo the test but still don’t have any trust on them.

I'd avoid this location- the staff are not trained to be halfway polite, dismiss patients like school children, Very unhappy

Lack of Service is their bottom line. Not sure why I keep coming back here...?ALWAYS get poor service and more often than not, arrogance boarding on rudeness. Was called by my doctor yesterday and told I needed to get into quest today for bloodwork. While I knew I would just be kicked to the curb as usual, I decided to try it anyway. When I tried to check in, the receptionist told me that If I did not have an appointment, I would have to schedule for another day. When I tried to explain of my doctors last minute request, she said, "Well that doesn't matter and besides we're about to close in 20 minutes. Because I was the only person in the waiting room, I asked if she could make an exception and she said "No we are only taking appointments for the rest of the day". I wish I could give quest high marks, but the truth is that they are always utterly disappointing. Not sure if it's just me or if others have had similar experiences but it's truly a shame. Guess I'll have to see if my doctor uses laboratory services other than Quest as returning to this place is an exercise in futility.

Did the glucose tolerance test here. Got the clear lemon lime drink which was like a flat Sprite. It wasn't cold but luckily it was cold outside so the drink wasn't warm. I had to chug it in five minutes then come back in an hour. Usually Luis draws my blood but today Melanie helped me out and she was so great! Very efficient, she knew exactly what she was doing and found my difficult to find veins easily. Their system was just updated to having to do everything online. She did it perfectly. This quest is so convenient and I've had a great experience every time I've been here. Make sure you have an appointment otherwise the wait is unpredictable. I had to schedule my test two weeks ahead this time as they were busy.
