Just came here and base on the reviews I have read people here are taking advantage blah blah blah all negative. But no, people here are all nice, they help me from step 1 until I finish my appointment, also gave me some advices for my next appointment. Thank you Ms. Angela of la palma branch! Must go to lab test. :)

Their waitlist system needs to be revised. If you have a full day of appts, why are you telling walk-in patients to wait for unknown amount of time? If you have a walk-in system, make a dedicated counter or time to assist walk-in patients. Instead of letting people to wait for unknown amount of time, just say we won’t be doing walk ins from x to y hours and come after y hours for walk ins.

Make an appointment online. Check in and be in and out in 10 minutes. My attending phlebotomists was very friendly. She took care of everything and got me out fast. Would come back for future lab tests.

This lab is taking advantage of people! I walked in asking if they had my orders in the system and was told to sit down and that I would be told when they took me to the back. Why would you want me to wait if you don't in fact have orders for me? But it was not a big deal so I waited. Then when I go to the back, the lady said I only had one tube to be collected, I knew that was incorrect and told her and I then watched her "find" the rest in the computer.How do you miss that when they are all together and by the same doctor and date? Once she found them the lady asked me for payment, I have an HSA account and pay once my claim goes through to my insurance so l asked her to bill me. She said they required a payment then and there, I asked her since when is that the policy and she stumbled over her words. After telling her I worked in healthcare and knew that was not their policy and that I know they can bill it through my quest account she said that "they would do it this time, but next time I had to pay" I proceeded to let her know next time l would be going to a different lab. They are taking advantage of people who may not know that they can be billed or ask for a payment plan, labs can be hundreds of dollars and it is a crime to lie to someone and tell them they have to pay you on the spot when that could be detremental to someone's financial state.Go to labcorp instead!!

My husband scheduled an appointment online. Check-in was via text on the phone which was pretty easy. Our appointment was on a Tuesday morning at 7am (fasted blood draw) and we didn't wait for long at all. There was a float (not sure if medical assistant or phlebotomist) with curly hair in the waiting room who was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming! I wish I had asked her name so I could give her a positive kudos. I tend to avoid blood draws and am not a fan of needles but my phlebotomist, Angela (Asian / Thai), who had been doing it for 20+ years was the most competent, confident, and capable phlebotomist I have EVER had my blood drawn by - that is across the board at labs or doctor's offices! Im guessing she could tell I was a bit anxious and she did everything she could to have me thinking about nice things, distract me, tell jokes, etc. In total she drew 17 vials and I had to do a urine test as well. The speed and efficiency with which she drew my blood was unbelievable. You truly can't put a price on technical ability and people skills and she had them both in spades. I would happily get my blood drawn on a yearly basis if I was guaranteed Angela. Curly haired float and Angela both deserve a holiday bonus and Starbucks gift cards! Super kudos to the two of them

Front desk was so helpful, very kind…phlebotomist Neha was so accommodating w very pleasing personality. She’s sweet and polite. She’s very adept to her job, explained everything clearly to my sister who just had her blood works done. Job well done, Neha. Keep up the good work !!!!

We were the for our newborn baby blood test. I talked to the front desk and showed them my paperwork. She said all is good just sign in the tablet and wait. After 1hr we were called in and after another 15 min wait at patient room the nurse said sorry we don’t accept your insurance and I have to go the lab corp ? Quest Diagnostic sacks

They use to have rude receptionist now They just have rude technicians.......Girls! you should be careful because your "jobs" aren't always as secure as you think. Remember how grateful and happy you where when you got hired or when chose your career. Whatever you go through at home don't bring it to work.....#goodhealthyrelationships.Patients do realize that you are skipping them.

My 5 stars is for one of the amazing phlebotomist of asian descent at this location. I always forget to ask for her name but she is always in great spirits and has the most gentle touch for drawing blood, if you don't look at the needle i guarantee you won't even notice. I have visited this location multiple times for labs for myself and always hope to be her patient. Today I had to take my son in for his 1 year screening and had a different phlebotomist who was having trouble finding his veins. My son was crying before she even began & I was ready to join him but who came into our room? THE BEST!! Although he did cry (he does not like being restrained), it was a clean stick as always & I was at ease knowing he probably didn't even feel it. As for the office, the waiting room is decent. You used to be in & out in less than 10 minutes during their "appointment only" era but they do accept walk-ins now so it was a bit full today and we did wait a little longer which is always expected at any medical facility. I definitely do recommend you schedule an appointment though and arrive on time to get priority.

Please make appointment or you will suffer like me waiting 5 hours in the waiting room to get my bloodwork done place is cheap they put tape on your arm instead of the blue cloth.Labcorp is more fancier go to newport beach not this ghetto.
