First time using this storage and was greeted by Natalie, she is honestly the number one reason my experience here has been so great, she checks in on me when it’s needed, very helpful with finding me the unit that worked best to get all my stuff in without a struggle. I haven’t met any of the other staff here but if they are all like Natalie is, public storage on knott and Lincoln is in good hands
