my agent was Ruby. She was so helpful to me. she made it super easy, she replied to all of my messages, called me when I asked, was very responsive and very understanding and kind. what started off as a complicated insurance policy she turned into a Hassle, free experience. She helped me all the way and now everything is done and everything is good and I'm so grateful that I got Ruby to help me. . I recommend if you're looking for insurance with this company you request her as your agent she is wonderful.

Very rude. Told me stuff was on my record that wasn’t. I have a dmv print out (from this year) of my record proving everything on my record. Then the lady was rude about the whole thing. Weirdest insurance ever.

They keep leaving you on hold for 5+ minutes and as soon as they answer their phone, they hang up. Not even giving you a chance to say what you want to say. Totally unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Bryan kept my policy open 3 months after cancellation to try and sneakily keep collecting my money (250$ a month) Until I finally noticed. He and Linda are running me in circles, saying I need to sign a form but then won't send me that form to complete cancellation. Total scam artists
