Came here to repair my Lexus and it has been a great experience despite the accident and dealing with insurance and stuff. Calvin is my advisor and he has been great and communicative with me about the status. I just picked up my car and it looks like the accident never happened. Love it. Highly recommend this place to repair your baby.

I got into a bad car accident that left my Sienna severely damaged on the passenger side. Premier Collision helped to restore my car to better than its original condition. The parts were back ordered and took several weeks but Calvin kept me in the loop and even stayed late when I came to pick up my car. They even completed a complimentary detailing that made it look brand new. Thank you Calvin, Gio, and the Premier Collision team!

PCC does excellent work, they completely lived up to their high ratings on Yelp and Google. It was my first time going through inusrance for repairs. Not only were they really helpful getting the estimate done and setting expectations, they also took the extra time to answer questions and provide advice about the insurance claims process and getting a rental car, which they didn't have to do but did it anyway. I really appreciated their expertise and generosity.
Getting the estimate was quick and easy. At the drop-off and through the repairs process, they were very communicative and kept me informed of the steps they were taking to get my car fixed. I really couldn't have been happier with my experience here. Thank you Geo and Calvin for all your help!

Premier completed the body work and delivers my BMV as promised, even finished a couple of days esrlier. Work was professionally done with good matching color and finish. More over, it was under tight budget and time frame.

I recently purchased a car and had a mishap in my drive way. I searched for autobody shops in the area and found Premier Colllision Center in Anaheim with solid reviews. It's true, their work is impeccable. I spoke with Calvin and Geo and they provided me a same day quote. The quote provided was very reasonable compared to other body shops. If you're looking for a straightforward, honest, hospitable vibe body shop without feeling pressured, then Premier Collision Center is the place for you! The color match was spot on, and work is gold standard. I highly recommend Premier Collision Center, I will be using them for all my autobody needs in the future.

This past week I had my bumper repaired and replaced at PCC. The bottom line for this review is about #1) Quality of work; 2) Customer service; 3) Quoted Price and time. So for Quality I would give PCC a 5; The picture attached shows that the work was done with excellence. Up close I can tell that the moldings and fixtures all match and the paint is a perfect match with new car shine; also, when I received the car back it had been professionally detailed inside and out and was as clean as the day it came from the showroom. Second, for Customer service I would give a 5 for the in-person friendliness from Calvin and the other team members I met at their shop. Calvin explained things well and I was able to work with him to get a fair price for the whole job; Third, for "quoted price and time" I would give a 3 because I used Yelp to get the original quote, sending pictures (like the before below) and I received what I thought was a good price range and I was also given a 2-3 day turnaround. But after taking the car in, the in-person quote was 50 % more than the and online quote; and then later I was told that it additional various parts and services were needed that were not known at the in-person quote, thus adding yet another 50% to the online quote, and so the final cost was indeed more than twice the online quote; and the time was one week to get the car back. That said, I will say that I do not doubt the added parts and service were needed; and that the work was done well. I told Calvin my concerns about this and that as a customer I would have rather received an original quote range on the "high" side so that this kind of surprise did not occur. I also thought that the additional needed services could have been known and given to me at the original in-person inspection and quote. Based on other reviews, and the quality of the finished product I think PCC has the experience and expertise to give better and more accurate quote ranges (even though I know Yelp cannot be sufficient, esp. in comparison to an in-person inspection and quote). All said, the quality of their work is excellent; the customer service does seek to communicate well, and the price for given parts and services seemed fair. It's just a good thing to get as much information before the service as the customer can. I hope this review helps both customers and the PCC.

Shout out to Calvin and the team at Premier Collision Center. They were amazing the entire process and were communicative the entire time. They even helped me deal with the insurance company when they were non responsive. The car looks amazing and I will 100% do business with them again.
