Very easy with scheduling. Communication with Jackie Lucy Marci and Juan is excellent! Juan took my imaging and explained everything in detail. Their staff is very welcoming!

These 5 Stars go to Mario the person in the back who is actually doing the MRI. He was so friendly and very informative. Walking me through the whole process and keeping me informed of what is happening. Plus adding humor to the whole thing really made me relax. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the front desk staff. As a person who manages a medical office I understand what should be expected when you walk in to a place like this. When I stepped in it seemed the main person in the front computer was on the phone while the one in the back was just on the computer. Neither one acknowledged me as I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do. The one that was on the phone eventually asked me if I had an appt. That was it "no hello welcome" nothing. To me that's just bad manners and terrible customer service. As I was leaving I had to wait for Mario to hand my disc copy of my images and once he gave it to me that was it once the again they were on the phone I wasn't sure if I had to do anything else or if we were done with the appt. I understand being busy and having patients on the phone but a quick "hi welcome take a sit I'll be right with you" goes a long way and more if it's the first time a patient comes in for these exams. Thank you again Mario for your awesome care and amazing customer service!

They handed me a swanky, custom-made "MRI Chic" robe that made me feel like I was about to hit the runway instead of lying on a scanner bed.Now, let me confess, I'm not exactly best friends with tight spaces, but guess what? Precise Imaging had me covered! They transformed the MRI machine into a mesmerizing disco party with mood lighting that would give Studio 54 a run for its money. I half expected to see John Travolta pop in and start dancing the night away. But hey, no dancing for me - just staying perfectly still, which is a feat in itself!And the auditory experience - oh my! been calling for 2 weeks. all call backs up in que or call back s in que just all waste of time. finally got hold of a personhe inform me all they take are personal injury casesthey dont take insurance for any mri needs

I had the best experience at precise imaging , Mario was very understanding when I started panicking and he was sure to talk me through the process and even have one of the staff Marcy come in and stand by me . She held my hand during the process - something that they aren't required to do! Please come here for any service you need . They are exceptional.

I came in to get an MRI done on my neck and upper back. Mario was very helpful and understanding. I find it very difficult to just sit still so I began to get nervous. He talked me throughout the entire process and calmed my nerves. Would definitely recommend

I was asked are you claustrophobic? I said yes. Mario was excellent in making me feel comfortable. Every 2 to 3 min he gave me a count down of what was going on with my MRI. He was absolutely Great. Thank you for a awesome visit,

staff is understaffed, even if you arrive on time they'll pay attention to calls before they attend have you wait 5 minutes before even acknowledging you. Very rude, unprofessional. Ask you to be 30 minutes early because they need you to do paperwork finished paperwork in 3 minutes she was on the phone the whole time and then booked two people at the same time so my wait was going to 45 minutes to 1 hr and a half. Will not be returning here. Why ask us to be early to wait in your lobby. I walked out and said to cancel my appointment and left. I can't sit for long periods of time due to my car accident which they know. Great work!
