The one star review is basic for the owner; however my experience with his workers is totally frustrating to say the least. One legal document was shipped via UPS to Italy last Saturday to be delivered Tuesday and today Friday still not delivered due to the customs forms were incorrectly filled. I checked with the worker helping me , if everything was filled correctly , answer, yes yes….
Be Careful with agency filling all customs forms. Workers when asked on Wednesday were not or could not give proper answer about why packet was not delivered and with attitude.
I have used this agency in norther calif. And never had a problem.
Suggestion to owner - maybe more training is necessary .
This created a tremendous mess for my family in Italy.

I used their service back in May 2023, but for some reason my review was posted on another notary service! Just found out today. So I deleted the review under that company and reposted my review here:Needed to get our living trust notarized. Got multiple quotes on Yelp. We eventually decided to go to somewhere close by bc of (1) location (2) they charge per notary seal, not an outrageous "flat fee" for notarizing a living trust (3) they provide witnesses with no additional fee . Overall a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend!

Top notch customer service by owner, Ron & his staff, always going the extra mile to differentiate themselves from the rest!!! I've been in the hospitality industry for +40 years. The many hotels & restaurants I've operated & consulted, could learn a thing or two from Ron and the Anaheim Hills Postal Annex. Bravo!!!

These guys are just unbelievable. Ron, the owner, always has a big friendly hello for his customers, and his staff Carrie's through Ron's attitude like the professionals they all truly are. Plus they all love my little Havernese Puppy. They carry out my big boxes from the store to the car as I am battling Multiple Myeloma (bone cancer) and some days are better than others. If you happen to run into difficulties., With the Post Office, Ron is always right there to help navigate that mess. I do't think it's possible to stump Ron and his gang when it comes to shipping. I have never lost anything I want to send.....he'll ger 'er done!

I don't ship things very often nor do I leave reviews often but the service at this location was so exceptional, I had to leave a review. I came in with my grandmother to help her send some books to our family members. Naomi was not only extremely accommodating for the both of us, but offered us multiple pricing options to suit our needs. She (and everyone working there) was extremely patient and made our experience enjoyable. In the future, I will make sure to always come back here thanks to their amazing service.

My mom and I went here this morning to get a financial document notarized. They were very courteous and prompt. Price per signature was reasonable. It was in a medium sized commercial strip center so there was plenty of parking. I will definitely come back if or when I need another document notarized. Thank you so much!

I don't ship often but when I do I would go here again.Ron owns the place and is a nice guy and Jonathan rocks too...if I were you...I would go here instead of UPS for sure

Went there for Canadian passport photos. Team was very helpful verifying correct photo lighting and dimensions. They’ll stamp your photos at the back which is a requirement for Canadian passport photos. They even gave me extra photos to ensure they don’t get rejected. Thank you for your excellent service!
