Terrible paid for my pizza went outside to have a cigarette came back in and had a problem getting the pizza I paid for harassing customers after they paid for Pizza accusing him of stealing after they paid and showed receipt and told me that I was stealing and refused to give me pizza that I ended up having a lot of argument over a pizza that a customer purchases never again

They closed at 1pm its 12:30am I wanted to order food , and supposedly the Manager with the big tall afro , he denied my order , I ask him. 2 times I'm in person can I order pizza , and he said I'm the manager and as the manager I say no more , I thought they close at 1pm , thus is really bad manager, he should not be working here , if he can't handdle the job why is he here.

I seriously don’t know where to start, but can I just say the customer service is horrible when it comes to the manager. I had an incident where I ordered my food online for delivery and it never arrived. I called a bunch of times and they never answered so I called the next day where they finally picked up and was handed the phone to the manager and she basically said and I quote, “I’ll have to speak to the driver and the person that worked that night shift but it’s their day off so I don’t wanna bother them so I’ll contact u on Friday.” So I told her, “so I have to wait two full days in order to get some explanation to what happened to my order??” Mind you I have ordered my food on Wednesday. I was already frustrated the fact that I may have lost $32 worth of food and plus of that the manager wasn’t taking it serious and was being rude about the situation. So Friday finally came around yet no call, so I called back after the i don’t know how many times trying to reach them and she basically ended up saying “the food was delivered and said the name of the order to confirm.” So I asked her, “how is that even possible?!, so that means I can’t get a refund for a food that I ordered that was never delivered to me but to the wrong address and on top of that I had to wait TWO FULL DAYS to get some of update on my order?” Then she said, “well nope we can’t do much since the food was already delivered.” And I was trying to explain to more from the situation yet she didn’t wanna hear it and kept repeating no refund. So in all I didn’t get my food NOR my order and wasted $32 so that’s just great?and will be calling my bank and corporate for having such a rude and nasty interaction with “ms.manager” and her name i believe starts with the letter B, which can’t remember since her name was much important as to was for my order, have a good day people and think before ordering from here:)

When I tell you guys don’t order from this place IM GIVING YOU A WARNING TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! They never delivered it to me when I placed an ordered and they gave the pizza to a “man” and they said they “verified the name” and but there was no man in this house.

The pizzas I've gotten from this location are good - some even come with extra cheese for a regular pepperoni pizza. However, the location leaves much to be desired since there are vagrants wandering by. It might explain why you have to buzz in from the front door for them to let you into the store. The pizza and the service here are great though.

I have been puking, , and in a lot of pain from the pizza I got last night, which was given to me as a sorry for the cold food I got before. :( cost me over $100 to stay home today. I won't be eating Pizza Hut anymore. App deleted from my phone.
