Jeff and his staff were unbelievably amazing with dealing with insurance and my car. My '03 civic was hit near the driver side hood and after reviewing places on Yelp, the owner Jeff quickly reached out and put me in good hands. He dealt with the at fault parties insurance and worked around my needs perfectly. I'm glad I was hit as my car is looking as good as ever!

My car got hit from the rear side. There was a dent and paint scratch on the car. My car has a rare color and the shop was able to fix both problems with ease and I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only did they do an impeccable job restoring the paint to its original glory, but they also took great care of my car throughout the process. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for top-notch paint restoration services.

I needed a whole new side mirror installed and was pretty stressed because I needed to get my car fixed asap. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and did their best to accommodate me. We needed to order the part before 3pm and fortunately, they helped greatly by ordering it for me before I arrived (2:50pm) to get that squared away in person. I was able to get my car fixed by the following day! Great service, kind attitudes, and a job well done:) I will definitely be coming here for future repairs.

Someone scraped my car and I picked this place based on the reviews. Had to go through insurance so the process was a little long. Brought it in for an initial appraisal from Daniel on 12/1/23 and sent it over to insurance immediately. Called a few days later and spoke to Jeff and he said he would follow up with an update. Called again on the 7th and there was a lack of communication or miscommunication between Jeff and Daniel and they never followed up with insurance. On the 12th, I asked for an update and everything was approved so I scheduled to bring my car in on the 18th. My car was ready on the 22nd as promised and everything was great except for a yellow drop of paint that they sealed in. Jeff said they could fix it but it would've taken an additional 3 days and I had already returned my rental. It was also during the holidays so I wasn't sure how long it would actually take for me to get my car back. I decided to take my car with the yellow spot and although it's barely noticeable, I really wish it wasn't there. They also filled in some spots on my car that were chipped from rocks or something where the metal was exposed but it looks like drops of paint since they didn't buff it out to make it smooth. Major plus is that they cleaned the inside of my car which was desperately needed. Overall I wish it didn't take as long due to the lack of communication between Jeff and Daniel and that they paid a little more attention to detail and caught the yellow spot before giving the car back to me.

I went to get an estimate today for a detail and was very impressed by the Manager in the detail office. He was very honest with me regarding the condition of the paint on my blue Silverado and advised me against color sanding as it would only cause the flaws to standout even more. Although his honest advice may have cost him a small amount of money today, he has earned my business for any future body work or detailing I may need. I will also refer my friends and family for their auto body and detailing needs. Thank you for your honesty and I'm certain we will do business in the future.

These guys took me in last minute under a deadline and made my 1969 GMC amazing. They worked within my budget but did not cut any corners. Service was excellent, communication with photo updates were spot on. Highly recommend this team.

I usually go to Fix Auto but I wanted to try a local body shop to see if it was worth trying. The positives: Jeff responded really fast to the yelp request and was very responsive throughout the process. I also thought they did a really great job replacing the fender liner. The car looks good as new!! The negatives: they have a terrible record keeping system. After I used zelle to send a security deposit for the body shop to order the part, I checked in about 1.5 weeks later but the first response from Jeff himself was "we never got the deposit, haven't ordered the part yet." Not good. I was instantly annoyed and referenced my zelle and conversation with him. Fortunately, Jeff was able to "find" my file or something and confirmed receiving the deposit and zelle and that the part was already ordered. Phew. Second issue was the final receipt. I noticed the price of the part went up by $6 since my original quote from the shop. Normally at a place like Fix Auto, they honor the original quote and don't upcharge for the price increase of the part. Sadly, they do upcharge here. Lastly, there were some issues with Zelle on Jeff's end so I had to sit and awkwardly wait until Jeff was able to figure out the Zelle. 3% extra charge if you use credit card All in all, the price was fair and quality of the work was excellent. But I don't experience these same headaches at a bigger body shop chain. Unfortunately I'll stick with Fix Auto in the future.

We had Perfect Color repaint the bumper of my 2008 Lexus! What a beautiful job they did - you can't even tell! It matches perfectly! Jeff was super accommodating and was able to finish my car quickly! Great guy and great business - I would highly recommend taking your car here!

Perfect Color helped me out with a front bumper repair. The lower bumper and front grill cover were damaged. After a week of driving with the I igual damage, the lower bumper cracked. This caused it to drag. I sought repair after this. Jeff was very quick with responses and details of what I needed for my repair. He gave me the prices of the parts that would be needed. They were able to get me the best estimate and value for what I needed repaired. They were quick with the turn around time while remaining efficient. They were able to tell me if I would need further work (luckily their repair was enough), but I appreciated that they took the time to do that. Thank you!

I accidentally scratched my new car on the front hood. Reached out via yelp and Jeff was quick to respond and give me a quote. Price was reasonable considering other quotes and he gave a general turnaround time. When I arrived to get service I got service immediately. They were able to polish the scratch off and polish and clean the outside of my car too so added bonus!!

Great awesome service! Jeff is really responsive and helpful dealing with from my insurance claims to car repairs in a timely manner. Now my Hyundai car looks like a brand new! Highly recommend all I can say is Five Stars service.

Daniel at perfect color. Made this experience great. He hooked me up with Jeff who is a painless dent removal guy. I was pretty amazed that they were able to get the dent fixed as well as they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone..
