I recently bought the sour dough bread from the bakery for the first time a few days ago. It’s delicious! I made a ham sandwich and also just warmed up a few slices with butter spread on top. The bakery chef has some skills! ????

This Vons store is poorly laid out. Similar items, are on opposite sides of the store, separated largely, by produce. An employee affirmed the fact that other customers had expressed similar views on this issue.Unless your buying the Just-for-U items, this store is rather expensive, and so I conduct much of my grocery shopping elsewhere.This Von's Grocery Store, is convenient in terms of it's location to other businesses I frequent within the Festival Shopping Center.The store appears to be clean and most of the time, appears to be well stocked.The store brands, are of above average quality, compared to like, name brand items.MOST of the employees I have encountered, perform the duties of their jobs, with the right attitude.Re-stage the store shelving, to make it more intuitive, (like a typical grocery store), and lower your prices, and I will adjust my business rating as well as amend this review.

I am the former manager of this Starbucks and let me be real honest with you, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! IT IS DISGUSTING! There are rats, ants and cockroaches littering the back rooms and crawling all over the products they sell you and management was aware and told us to keep serving the products anyway. I had to stop working there because ethically and morally it was wrong and I wouldn’t stand for it. DO NOT EAT OR DRINK HERE IT IS NOT SAFE!!! Also, it has been over a month since I last worked there and they are still refusing to pay me and are illegally holding onto my tips. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FORCED INTO 12 HOUR DAYS, 7 DAYS A WEEK WITHOUT BREAKS OR A LUNCH. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY STEAL MONEY FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES AND REFUSE TO GIVE THEM THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. Darlene and Shanell are the store managers and they are liars and thieves. Darlene had edited my time stamps multiple times to make it appear that I took a lunch even though I never did.

I was elated that finally a grocery store was just a hop, skip, and a jump from my new residence. I had no idea that unless I sell my identity (member), otherwise each price tag displays $1.00 / item incresse for non-members. Also, produce is hit or miss. Now I only go to avoid driving further.

they try to sell expired items. avoid buying premade meals or side dishes by the deli. good luck trying to get service at the deli, you will wait awhile. horrible location.

I love this location for my flowers. We always get our Valentine flowers there and they are awesome. We ordered pink roses for my mom's 90th birthday and a matching corsage. Well... Blanca made the most beautiful arrangement for her. She used Russian roses. Absolutely stunning. Teri made the corsage. My Mom felt really special. If you ever need flowers, definitely see Blanca or Teri in the Vons in the Festival Center. They are amazing!!!

Picked up 16 pieces of the Fried Chicken special value this week Friday evening for dinner. The 2 bags were picked up an 6:40PM. When she brought it home we had dinner. The Chicken had a funny old gamey flavor. Kind of like freezer burned and a burnt Blood taste. That is a Health Hazard. They need to toss out old bad food and not serve it to good customers to clean out old bad stored food! Just Disgusting and hard to get the gamey Blood taste from our palates. Give Me the old Strong Listering bottle to drink. Poor showing Deli Manager! Just Gross!!!!

Store Manager, Harold gets 1 star.Deli worker, Shannon gets 5 stars.Went to Vons Pavilions in Anaheim Hills on 8/12/23 at 8:10pm to get some sandwiches made. The deli seemed open still but no one was there. Went to the manager, Harold to ask if someone was working there. Manager said, "She came in late but is on lunch and will be back in 25 min." The manager never asked what I wanted or if he might be able to help me. I waited almost an hour before asking him again about the person in the deli. All he said was, "She must be taking an hour." Still not asking if he could help or what I wanted. At one point he even went to the deli cash register but didn't even acknowledge me. When the deli worker, Shannon came I asked if she could make me a couple of sandwiches and she said the deli was closed. I told her the manager never said it was closed only that you were on your lunch. The girl in the deli was so sweet to apologize and help me any way she could. This girl deserves to be manager. Definitely understands what customer service is about! She's the only reason I'd come back to this store.

I enjoy popping in during the morning on the way to work to grab what I need. Sandy is always so friendly. However I dread coming in the afternoon when Darleen (blonde with pink highlights) is working. She is so rude. She never acknowledges you during your entire check out. She is even rude to the people bagging the groceries. The bag boy during my visit today was so sweet and very polite. She on the other hand seems like she is annoyed to be at work. I am a 15 year customer to this store. I don't expect a red carpet but I do expect a pleasant cashier. I will be sticking to the AM crew from now on. Today was the last straw.

I was in the area and went on the app, added a digital coupon and left my phone in the car to charge. Ran inside to grab a few things. As I'm checking out, the digital coupon doesn't read. I asked the check out lady Shelley, if she could simply honor it since it was right there next to her check out aisle, she asked me to show it to her from my phone. I had two things with me, keys and wallet. I even sat them there in front. She literally would not honor the digital coupon that we could see from her check stand because I didn't have my phone?! Wow. It was literally for a bag of Goldfish crackers. Wont be coming back here again.
