Cashier Sandy was extremely rude and Prejudice. She argued with me about my personal information in front of other workers and in front of other customers. Can we please start interviewing people instead of just hiring anyone. Like a thorough observation of the persons personality and how the individual treats other human beings. It's so sad that customers have to wake up at 6am and the first thing that is experienced at a grocery store is negativity, attitude, and plain rudeness. Remember workers, you have a job because us customers purchase items from the store you work at. If it wasn't for customers you wouldn't have a job. But then again what do I know, some people's life's must be miserable working as a cashier in their late 50's. I can only imagine the disappointment one can feel on their whole waste of existence on life as a human being. Keep up the work at chasing away your guests. Aside from Sandy everyone in the store does not speak or acknowledge your existence. There was a really nice women in the liquor section, really nice bagger, and a guy by the name of Adam very nice and respectful person as well.

For many years I've been ordering cakes in this store. Israel have been amazing making the most tastiest and beautiful cakes. I have always received compliments, and was asked where did I have them make? Israel from Vons (Pavillions) so far everyone was pleased. I am very disappointed that Israel is not longer working there. The bakery can not make any custom made cakes, only plain with nothing special. My son's birthday is coming in few days and he wants an special cake as always. This bakery lost a recurrent customer Please bring Israel back.

This particular Vons has a Panda Express in it that my coworkers and I frequent at least once a month. The employees behind the counter are always so friendly and attentive at taking our order. Within 5mins they'll have multiple orders done and paid for which is super convenient. The food has always been fresh and warm as we typically arrive during the lunch rush. Overall I would recommend this spot if you're in the mood for some American Chinese food or just a quick lunch. Keep it up!

I go to this Vons whenever we visit my in-laws. I'd say this is the most organized grocery store. To be honest, I usually don't shop at Vons, I only go TJ, Wholefoods, Bristol Farm, Japanese market only I love to shop around baking goods, spices m, rices, international food items... unfortunately these thing are either always be out of stock or hard to find at regular grocery stores But this Vons has everything, and the best thing is that, strangely very organized Everything is neatly organized on the shelves. You hardly ever seen empty out of stock shelves I feel like whoever work here deserve raise

I shop here quite often and have found that the deli in this location is the worst deli around. I cannot believe how rude and inconsiderate the people that work here are. Today I reached my limit I had been standing at the counter another gentleman walked up and rudely asked for help and after the deli person help the person in front of me he went to help that rude person. WTF? all this on top of just rude and half baked help I am not going to use this deli ever again. If you want great help go somewhere else.

Why the changes in the meat counter??? Pork back ribs used to be Farmer John extra meaty.... now just Signiture brand bones. Bulk chicken also changed brands ...AWFUL!!! Prices are already sky high, now cutting back on quality. We are changing grocery stores. Much better thanks

When I went in today in between 2-2:30 as I was checking out the cashier and person who bags up the groceries both had their masks under their noses. Not exactly safety measures I want to be around during a PANDEMIC. Perhaps you talk to these young guys about how to act during a pandemic. I am happy with the one star as the cashier completely ignored my existence and talked to the bagger about video games, this way if they had been sick I would have less of a risk factor of catching anything : ) After 30 years of coming here this'll be my last time for sure

We usually receive our deliveries from this location, but the orders can be somewhat hit or miss from this store. Although the store itself is nice, the delivery department can be a bit undependable. When our order didn't show up at the assigned time recently, I made several calls to customer service. After I called the delivery department at this store directly the next morning, the manager said they'd send out our order right away. Again, the order never came. The delivery people from Vons are usually helpful and friendly. Door Dashers, on the other hand, can be curt and often late. Although I'm told I can't request orders be delivered by Vons drivers only, I definitely prefer their helpfulness in comparison to the other delivery companies. When in a bind, I like the convenience of this delivery service. I also appreciate that usually have a decent selection of the items that I'm shopping for and that the Vons' drivers are usually sweet and helpful.
