Chris did an amazing job w my blood draw today. He was very knowledgeable & gentle. I was happy that he used a butterfly. My labs usually require many vials of blood so a butterfly makes it so much more comfortable!

WORST LAB EVER. My doctor sent my blood work here and they only bothered to send me a bill A YEAR LATER! When I called them about how a good chunk of the money should've been paid by the insurance, I've received the RUDEST responses ever. First time I called, the guy wouldn't let me speak and kept repeating that I need to pay the money and proceeded to hang up. The second person I called told me that I should be thankful cause big labs would've sent my bill to the collection after 60 days and proceeded to hang up as well cause she had to clock-out!!! This is the WORST LAB you will ever go to/use, save yourself the hassle and use LabCorp or Quest, at least they're professional.

I got a surprise bill like many others two years after the fact; they claimed they didn't have the right insurance or address. I'm investigating further as a similar situation happened before and they incorrectly billed me for another amount. Waiting on a man to send me an itemized report of the tests and I'll be in contact with my doctor.

I want to commend Kristopher and his attentive assistant for their professionalism and skill in dealing with my elderly mother. She has had many a phlebotomist miss their mark and badly bruise her in the process, and she was really hesitant when seeing them approach her in her bedroom but they soon calmed her down with soft spoken kindness and a painless blood draw. It's a rare person that can soothe the soul of a seasoned retired nurse who has seen her share of medical mistakes...you're lucky to have such fine individuals as part of your team.

5 star to Ashley She was so kind, nice .she took the time to have the best drawing blood from me, before I had bad experience finding my vein in the other laboratory but Ashley was so professional at her job. She made me feel comfortable. The room area was so clean. no waiting time, It was so pleasant for me to go there.

We would like to extend our compliments to Ashley the lab assistance who assisted my husband with required analyses blood samples withdrawals. He has very delicate and hard to locate blood vessels and Ashley was very patient and friendly with the procedure making the experience very positive.

Easy and quick in and out. Easy to find the location and to park right in front. Kris drew my blood skillfully and painlessly. They send the result directly to your doctor, so worries about that either.

Kristopher Thompson has done my blood work on several occasions now, and I can't overemphasize how kind, thoughtful, and caring he is. To boot, he's the first person to have drawn blood from me where I truly feel nothing. Thank you, Kristopher for your kindness and professionalism, and also for being so gracious to my children who were there with me. I heard that this company doesn't offer its employees health coverage?! They certainly deserve it and I hope that changes soon for them!

The billing department is horrible, and their bills are totally inflated compared to Quest Diagnostics. It's either that they're inflated, or they bill with the wrong codes to my insurance. For over a year and a half I have been battling them on an invoice that was paid by my insurance and they continue to bill me with an alleged outstanding balance. This goes back to a lab service on 12/15/2020! Over a year ago I was told it was settled and they finally acknowledged it was paid, then I get another statement two days ago showing a $130 balance! I will never go to them again, only for the sake of their horrible billing department. I emailed their billing person and pointed out that an email from a year ago said that the amount was reviewed and subsequently paid by my insurance. His response was this: "Failure to pay will cause late fees and eventually collection records. You will also be responsible for defamation." I replied that, how can it be defamation when I'm reporting on the facts. In reviewing other reviews here, I see that I'm not the only one. I also looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and there are many complaints about their billing errors and harassment there too. I'm furious that this won't end.

Horrible billing dept. In June 2022, I received a bill pertaining to Jan 2021. Obviously, we don't recall what occurred 18 months ago. Makes you wonder if this is legit or a scam to make $ by delayed billing!

when to one of the draw stations they have located in Laguna. there was no wait times. Kristopher the phlebotomist onsite was very professional. He found the vein in one try, usually takes multiple sticks for anyone to get my blood. very happy with his work.

Always very professional and no wait time. Kristopher T is very personable and gentle. We shared stories about our dogs and children. I forgot to bring proof of insurance and he said no problem an he walked over to my doctors office for the needed copy.
