On my second visit to this store, I met Mario & he exceeded my customer service expectations. Most of the staff here is friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this store and the owner should give this employee a raise for going above and beyond to assist me. I attempted to give Mario a tip, but I didn’t have cash & I could only put it on my card. I’m so impressed with this store that I’m in the rewards database, in case someone wants to reach out.?

I dropped off a set of rotors Monday night to get turned Tuesday. They n Tuesday the brake guy was sick. Tuesday afternoon I called the store and the employee said that the manager was already involved and they were going to take care of me. Wednesday I found out that George the Store Manager did them himself because his employee was sick again. Thank you George and team for getting me back on the road when Challenges pop-up! My new go-to location.

Hi I want to let you know we came into O'Reilly's again (Wednesday). We want to give thanks to Carlos, Martin and Christina for their wonderful customer service. I appreciate them helping us. Always being professional thank you O'Reilly's!!! I stopped by O'Reilly's today (Thursday the 24th of August). I'd like to extend my thanks to Andrew (the manager) who is pleasant and professional. This location was very helpful compared to other auto part stores in the area. Only place that was able to help me located tire chains and get them within a day for my unusually large size tires.
