I'm a O'Reilly customer for years and I went through a hard time with this store manager he's really rude and unprofessional real bad customer service at this location on State College Blvd in Anaheim! I do not recommend it this store

Rudest customer service girls ever! I came in looking for coolant for my chevy & thought it would be a safe place to ask a GIRL for help since men tend to dumb it down/over sell me things. I was SO wrong. This girl with red hair behind the counter was SO RUDE after me asking where the coolant was & just wanted me to get out of the store. I was the ONLY customer in there. No wonder. No thanks, Going to Auto Zone next time!

Sat outside right now for about 30-40 mins just to get my battery looked because they are doing other things in the back. Which sounds ridiculous because why can't you just bring the machine out and check my battery really quick so I can get helped. Instead you want me to sit outside while you do inventory or whatever it is you do in the back and have me sitting outside, waiting that terrible customer service is ridiculous and it just sounds stupid altogether.

I've noticed that they don't ask for the rewards card anymore. Usually they have to ask for it ?. Not enough associates to deal with other customers while they're helping other customers.

Brought my family to the kids empire to enjoy a family night out. My family and I witnessed employees from O'Reilly's Auto beating up a man outside. I hope the man is okay. Still have not received a call back from the manager after leaving a message. My kids are traumatized sadly they seen the whole thing! my kids refused to go back to kids empire! Thanks to O'reilly's ghetto behavior. Corporation needs to investigate! 0 stars if I can!!!

Called at 9pm on Sept 24th to make sure their hours were until 10pm. The guy said yes. I get here at 9:15 and the doors are locked and the hours sign is removed from the window. The guy sounded high when I called.

Came in here looking for parts that we couldn't find and Steph helped us out and was amazing! She looked up the parts, explained that the part we were looking for was out of stock, but that another OEM version was available and got us those. I've been to many oreillys and being a customer service manager myself, have never been impressed, but Steph was amazing. She greeted us immediately, offered solutions, and got us to purchase and out the door quickly and efficiently. Thanks Steph!

I went in and bought a alternator my car drove for a lil bit then I had to buy a battery I took the battery back 3 times and the alternator 3 times they kept giving me ones that where bad I would not go to this O'Reilly's ever again

The worst customer service. Especially when it's a store where they have to look up items for you. No customer service skills how do these people get hired if they mumble everything? I went in for something basic asked a question that they needed to look up and just didn't know how to talk to people. Kept their head down but oh when a coworker walked in they had no problem telling them hey how's it going, while still looking up the items I asked for. I am not coming back to this store front, atleast they had the items I needed and it saved me a trip because they did price match an item so I didn't make an extra trip but that's about as far as I would go to recommending. People wonder why many buy online for this very reason. I go in and am as courteous and respectful and make sure to respond when I ask something not looking at me aimlessly.
