“While waiting for my car, I witness some of the best customer service I have seen from the business. A female was told that her car did not need an oil change. It still had 2000 miles to go. The female said that she had gotten an alert from the dashboard, the assistant manager explained to her that he would reset it, but she did not need an oil change. I was impressed by the honesty of the assistant manager. It would’ve been very easy to change the oil and charge her. From this point on I will be a loyal customer to this location. I will recommend this place to anybody who needs an oil change”

“Prompt service, knowledgeable staff. Went in for tire repair (nail in my tire), and they fixed it free of charge. Bad news is, they let me know I needed new rear tires (confirmed), and the fronts were getting close to needing replacement. Zach ordered 2 replacement BFG All-Terrain ko2's, and gave me an estimate for 4 new tires from another brand.
After going home and doing some research, I decided to go with the Toyo Open Country T/A 3's. Called Zach and he gave me an estimate for four of those, and the price was $25 to $50 cheaper than Tire Rack, Discount Tire, and Big O.
Made an appointment for a week later, and the installation was done in a little over an hour.
I'll definitely be going back there for tire needs, and maybe even for routine service.”

We recently visited West County Tire & Automotive Inc., thinking our brand-new truck had blown front shocks. Jerry gave us a quote for the suspension work but suggested, based on his experience, that we start by checking the alignment. He charged a fair diagnostic fee, which was completely reasonable.

“Jose and the team are great. They have done certain jobs on my Lexus and they have delivered every time. They are so helpful , they send before and after videos, on what is the damage and what is the result. This just shows how proud they are of their work. I definitely recommend these guys. “I came here mainly to get my car washed. They did an excellent job and the price was fair. I came on the weekend so they were busy but the process was still quick and efficient. Inside the car wash retail area, they sell everything including greeting cards and snacks. They have a decent seating area. I would definitely go back.”
“Been bringing my cars here for almost 9 years. Today I had my 4Runner in for a wash and one of the managers noticed a huge scratch on the side of it. It was me, I drug it across a trash can leaving the house one night not looking. He moved it over to the guys doing the detailing and had them polish it real quick to make it go away. “Great customer service even when short staffed. There are closer car wash places to me but this company is worth going out of the way for. This is where I come to get a full service wash and seat cleaning done. They wash my floor mats and the regular vacuum service as well.”
