My Mother purchase a boot for her foot. She paid $69.98 My mom was gonna get the boot, but they didn’t wanna switch it because the lady they have shola Didn’t explain herself that there was no returns or anything racist person and honestly the same boot that she paid for 60.98 in Amozon their 16.98 most of the stuff they have their you can find them on amozon bad costumer service don’t go here rip off

This place was amazing! Mary helped me get an oxygen machine to our hotel for our trip with my elderly mother. She was so nice and so helpful. We have been taking my Mom on more trips lately and we will definitely use this place again in the future for our next visit. They have the best customer service! I appreciate all their help.

I had the pleasure of selecting this business for the first time, to repair my almost 10 year old mobility scooter which needed an electrical connection issue fixed. The whole process took only about 24 hrs, during which time the scooter got picked up, connection issue RESOLVED and other minor repairs and adjustment of the tiller, test-drive by the technician, and finally returned to my apartment. The scooter runs again "like new"; is now MUCH SAFER and in better shape to continue to meet my needs. All for a surprising VERY REASONABLE final bill amount paid easily by Debit Card over the phone. I will gladly call on them again when needed and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

This was a life saver in So many ways. Emma was so kind, patient, helpful and able to take care of everything over the phone so my husband could come and pickup everything after work. This little machine they provided allowed my Mother in law to breathe and the rest of us to have a good night sleep. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

The best customer service ever! Whatever Emma gets paid she is worth double! So kind, caring, conscientious and professional. I rented a CPM machine after knee surgery. When I have my other knee done I'll know where to go for sure!

I had a really bad case of Covid pneumonia. My oxygen would dip from high 70s to low 80s in the middle of the night. My doctor wrote me a prescription for an oxygen tank but basically said, good luck finding a pharmacy that will help you. My friend found O.C. Medical Supply and but for the grace of God, they had just gotten a new supply of O2 tanks in. I called and they were going to be closing shortly. The amazing woman that answered the phone offered to come back when my husband was able to get there in order to give me oxygen. I do not know if many people that would reopen their store to help one person. She was such a blessing and I cannot tell you know much I appreciate them and their fabulous customer service. Thank you so much.
