“I had a great experience here and with Peter, who was able to fix my electric lawnmower after another shop could not. Fair pricing which saved me from buying a new mower. Peter spent more time to fix it than what he quoted for labour, but did not charge me any extra for it. That's class! While talking with Peter outside the shop, a homeless man in a wheelchair on the sidewalk, fell over into the street. Peter and I and another customer worked together to get him back in his chair and off the street. The guy was pretty heavy, took all three of us to get him up.”

“My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with talented landscape designer, Jeffery Miele, on a major project to redesign our front and back yards. His expertise was apparent as Jeffery helped us reach our goals to transition to more drought-tolerant plants while adding some bright colors to our landscaping. We loved his designs, and we met him onsite at the Anaheim Hills Armstrong to pick and choose our actual plants. At the location, we were pleased to meet Bob, Jason, and Brian who continued to impress us with their willingness to help and their dedication to keep our project moving in a timely fashion. We were touched that they each went above and beyond to rush order many of our plants to coordinate a smooth pick up by our installer. While all of the employees at Anaheim were a true pleasure to work with, Bob really helped us to ensure everything was perfect, down to the last detail. Bob helped us pivot and choose various plants in the instance that one was not available while still maintaining Jeffery's vision. One of the unexpected highlights was the succulent fountain that Brian helped us design! We are so grateful, and we would absolutely recommend the Anaheim Hills Armstrong to anyone who is looking to improve their landscaping.”

“I love this nursery for specializing in tropical and South-East Asian varietals... trees and plants which grow well in the California climate. When I talk to the attendant, they know their varieties. Last time, I wanted a mango tree. They have so many varieties that I asked for help in selecting one for sweetness and adaptability to Long Beach. The attendant not only picked out which variety he recommended, but also pulled out the strongest, most producing plant for me. I also sought help when I wanted peaches to come to fruit sequentially. He picked out one for early June, one later in June and one for early July. Today, I'm getting a Kaffir lime and am headed over there now.”

“It was very well maintained lots of plants to choose from. They have a special Greenhouse for citrus plants, the public cannot go inside the greenhouse but upon request the workers are very helpful and will bring the plants out for one to see and purchase. Great assortment of mature trees and large plants. Prices are fair and clearly marked unlike other nurseries. As mentioned before the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.”
