As much as i hate to write bad review! I used to love to come here but honestly I am extremely disappointed with the service here now! Every time I visit,they add services to my bill that I did not request or authorize. This has happened multiple times, and it feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge, she asked if she did scrub for me which she never did! But she said no she did when i asked her to check the cameras she refused!!! Also they rushed me and did a very bad job!! I will not be returning!!

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing establishment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The environment is pristine and beautifully decorated, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The staff at Nexus Nail and Spa are truly exceptional. Their professionalism and attention to detail are unparalleled. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Olivia is the best eyelash extension tech in Orange County. She cares for your natural lashes and does not damage them. I’ve been going to her for over 3 years and her work never disappoints!

My daughter and I have been coming here for many years since they were at the corner location and then moved to this one. Just a few doors down. Love them staff is nice and friendly. The owners are very friendly. I never have any issues.

Love this place. They always have time to fit you in and have such a great large selection of colors and choices for both hands and feet. We make it a family affair with my daughter, granddaughter and her friends and Nexus loves having us all.

I’m never the type to write any reviews. Ever.
I cant even describe how horrible this place is. They can’t do designs in any way, so save yourself on the disappointment. After you tell them multiple times how you want it , and they even tell you that they got it, they go and do the opposite. Then after you tell them how you didn’t like it or to fix, everyone around has to come and see what was wrong, making you feel like you’re the problem. Then if that wasn’t enough, they have multiple different nail techs change to finish your nails in a span of 3 hrs. Maybe if they did what customers asked no one would have a problem. I ended up with the worst clumpy nails. Save yourself the disappointment. There are way better places.

Had an appt with Linda for a Mango Delight manicure what I got was less than a basic mani. She was rude dirty looks when she did decide to look at me cold tap water to soak my hands in she used a smear of mango cream that barely covered my knuckles no soap no cleaning under fingernails worst manicure and personality ever.Service: Manicure

Hannah is great and I have referred a lot of people here over the years. Today, I had a horrible experience: I came in wanting a nail art style with triangles. That means if you get one angle wrong on one nail, it will stand out. I was originally put with a woman manicurist and one of the male manicurist took my sisters nails. He was lovely and kind and considerat. All of the sudden, my manicurist stood up and said this other manicurist was taking over. He was obviously in a bad mood. He filed my nails uneven the first time, so I knew he would not be able to do the design. When I asked him to even them out, he complained my nails were too short and mumbled under his breath. You have to go slower with shorter nails but his frustration took over him so he kept missing my nail. So, at this point, I didn't trust his abilities, he was rude, and the feedback I gave him was taken as a personal offense. I said we could be done. When my sister finished(her guy did a great job), they charged me $10 and told me they would have normally charged me $17 (full manicure cost) but because 'I was having a bad day,' they'd do 10. I spoke up and told them I didn't appreciate them changing manicurists on me. They began blaming me for not telling the 1st lady doing my nails that I didn't want her to stop doing my nails. I became frustrated they would 1, not take responsibility and 2, blame me. I paid, repeated my frustration, and left.

Don't bother to set an appointment. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get my appointment.The nail technician drilled into my nail bedNobody told me that changing a shape and getting my cuticles cut is an upcharge.Don't come here
