If I could leave a 0 start review I would. This place doesnt pay attention to when medication needs to ordered. I went in to get my prescription filled and they didnt have it ready, again. They said they would need until Monday to get it. I let them know this was fine but after this prescription fill I would be switching to a more reliable pharmacy. When I called on Monday a very rude customer service rep insisted I had cancelled the medicine and after a very frustrating back and forth practically being called a liar I was done and hung up! About 15 minutes later I get a call back from the pharmacy saying they actually had the medication!! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This pharmacy is not worth your health and peace of mind!

I came here for my covid-19 vaccine and was blown away by their service. First off my appointment wasn't initially at this location, but my pharmacist referred me here when my initial site ran out. This location in Anaheim immediately reached out to me and called me to come in for my shot. The whole process was relatively quick and enjoyable. They workers were friendly and helpful with explaining my questions.

I came here for my vaccine. Everyone on the phone was always super sweet and helpful. I plan to revisit in the future if I ever need a flu shot or travel vaccine.

MTM Pharmacy is my go-to place for COVID-19 testing. I work in a high-risk environment so I take precautions and do a test every weekend. The first time I came by the employees asked me to fill out an online form to schedule an appointment. Since they already have my file on hand, I just give them a call to give them a heads up any time after that, and they have the test ready by the time I'm there. I love how courteous and professional the employees are, and they make the entire process fast and smooth!

We are taking medicine last many years from this Co but may be managements change or any reason service is too bad last few months. As specially May worker has been change. I talk to for my order and name Trina who call me for my order and she was talking very Nesty'. She told me if you do not like us you can go any ware else. I am buying medicine last 8 years. I am so unhappy with her attitude of taking. So in day or two I am changing my Pharmecy to another co. As specially people do not speak very well English that is also problem. Please think twice to go MTM Pharmecy. We had bad experience last few months. Pradip Dalal 9-15-2020

I love MTM Pharmacy because they do free delivery. Usually how other pharmacies work is they have you wait for them to bill and fill the prescriptions, you might have to come back or you will have to wait. The customer service here is also what brings me back. They are super nice and really take time to understand your needs and try to help you. My mom's prescriptions would have cost her such a high copay but this pharmacy was willing to work with us to make the copay more affordable. Im not sure what they have to do on their end to be able to help us with that, but they really help us feel better when we go through very difficult times in life. No one wants to be sick but I have to choose a pharmacy, this will be my to go.
