Came in for a flat repair. The team here was really courteous and helpful. They inspected the tire and was very proactive about warning a out signs that could possible mean the tire could not be repaired as well as asking for authorization to proceed.Luckily, there was no damage to the tire sidewall and they repaired the tire quickly.Joahu (Joahn?) was very professional and the technician was very thorough and made sure to consult with his team before proceeding. I did not know Discount Tire is a family owned chain, but they seem very professional as an organization. I noticed during my time there that they spend a lot of time training and evaluating staff to make sure the customer has a great experience. Definitely a good place to come back to for service.

I would recommend going to see Tony for all your vehicle needs. Compared to my experiences with other shops in the area, he is very considerate and understanding of what client-centric means. I went there to get my oil changed and he managed to repair an issue with my vehicle that no other shop could even diagnose. The shop took great care of my vehicle and made sure I had an opportunity to pick it up while working a 60+ hour work week. The value of having an honest advisor when getting repairs is important. Talking with Tony, he displayed a level of integrity that I have yet to find anywhere else. I will be continuing with their service from now on.

Trainees working on my car over tightened lug nuts costing me over $300 to replace that and the stud for the wheel at another shop. Don't trust them. Person I was dealing with was fired for being shady.

I called and gave them the info for my car and tires and I scheduled an appointment. When I got there they did not have tires I needed (or a single tire that would fit my car) and they could not get them that day, so they just cancelled the appointment on me as I'm standing there waiting.I understand mistakes happen, but it is also frustrating to schedule something like that, find another driver to come pick you up and have them waiting there for you only to find out nothing can be done.

Goodyear-Discount Tire & Services did the right thing. They repaired my dad's flat tire and they were courteous. Initially, the sales clerk/mechanic insisted that our flat tire was completely ruined and cannot be fixed. My 88yr old father came over and told the young man that he used to own a gas station long time ago and was an expert in repairing punctured tires! The collapsed tire looked pretty ugly! Can you believe my 88 year old father called the roadside services and had the flat tire changed out to a spare and on the process of getting the car to the shop, the spare tire went flat in less than 50ft. from his senior apt. We then had it towed to the Discount Tires & Services. It was close to closing time. They repaired the flat and did not charge us. I was surprised and puzzled! Maybe, the shop owner saw how tired and old my parents looked from the stress of the day and decided to do something nice for them? I don't know, but the sales clerk asked for a good review instead. Well, the shop owner's generosity took the sting out of the day. It wasn't a big dollar amount but never the less, it was really nice what they did. That was the grace of God! My parents said they will have to replace all the tires next year and they may be back to buy all four tires from this shop. I should have asked for the names of those who helped us. Thank you.

I’ve been coming here for some time and always appreciate the honesty and lack of hidden fees. I always know why I’m paying what I’m paying and they always let me know if there’s a cheaper option. Very much my go to mechanic for life!
