These guys don't care about the customer. They just want to make a sale and you are nobody to them after that. I traded in a vehicle and received two toll violations in the mail a couple of weeks after the vehicle was sold to them. I was also strung along that the second key for the vehicle I purchased was being looked for when I was in a hurry to leave. The salesperson Christian kept with the same story of we're looking for it after a week later. Never going to buy a car from what feels like a used car dealership.

Recently went along with a friend who had reserved a new Corolla XSE from Toyota of Anaheim. The vehicle arrived within a week and we went down the very next day to see the vehicle in person. During the week leading up to the cars arrival, it was reiterated multiple times that my friend was not interested in dealer add ons. It was discussed that all of their vehicles usually have some sort of add ons but everything was negotiable. When it came down to finalize pricing, the experience with this dealership went downhill. This particular Corolla had over $4,000 in dealer add ons. Some of this was 1,200 towards window tint (a professional shop with a lifetime warranty will do this for much cheaper), 400 towards clear film (which was just applied to the door handles), 1,000 for paint coating (which they said was applied in less than the 24 hours the vehicle was on the lot) and a security system that was also installed and not removable (supposedly). I believe the cost for this was around 1,000 as well. When it was all said and done, the 29k dollar Corolla was pushing 36k after taxes, fees, and all of their ridiculous "extras." They were willing to lower the cost of the clear film on the door handles and the window tint since it wasn't installed yet, but that was it. Needless to say, we ended up walking out. My friend ultimately purchased a fully loaded Honda Civic (a better car if you ask me) and so far that experience has been night and day from our time at Toyota of Anaheim.

My review I'd for the Toyota of Anaheim Parts Center. On June 15th my bf went for a Fuel Clamp for his 2019 Tacoma. They had the part in stock many other places we went to and called did not. The younger staff member went above and beyond to make sure my bf purchased the correct part, and saved my bf a journey to "pick your part ." The young man even walked out to the truck to make sure it fit.

This rating is purely for my sales guy, Diego. Gave me a good price on a GR Corolla and has been a pleasure to interact with. The car went home with me with some issues (paint scratches and poor ceramic coat) they are hopefully fixing. Will update if anything goes wrong.

Another horrible experience at this dealership. I spent $90,000 on two brand new RAV4 vehicles. This is a return for a free oil change based on the horrible service we had last time where it took all day with no communication to get my sons vehicle back to him. Once again, they’ve managed to operate at the same standard with my son, dropping off his car for a 9 AM appointment And the dealership not returning it until 5:30 PM. My son left his phone number with the dealership service representative but instead they turned around and called my work number?? Why I don’t know because we didn’t leave that number with them. My son even called back and left messages and called for the service rep and cannot get accurate information as to when the vehicle would be done.. finally, my wife is taking my son to pick up his vehicle at 5:30 PM, a nine hour day to get in oil change done with no communication once again. The service representative, blamed it on our phone numbers as the problem, my son told him I gave you my phone number in the morning. Why would you call my father’s work phone number instead ? even when my son called in the middle of the day. And left a new message. It was with his phone number again the same one that he gave in the morning.? There’s such a high level of incompetence here I’ve never had three negative experiences in a row to get a simple oil change done. My salesman was awesome when we bought the vehicles but it’s obvious to me their service center really has no idea on how to conduct business keeping the customers time in mind with proper communication.

Aaaaaaand im back 3 years later. So it all started with breakfast with my sister and fiancée, and i was floating the idea around of getting a truck at the end of the year, but my sister insisted on going to "look" at some at the nearest Toyota, so we arrived and already saw a few truck that look like they just were delivered. So we gravitated towards a white 4x4 trd offroad and sure enough it was available. We were then approached by lupe and she got us a good deal, and i didnt have to trade in my current car, although they said i could always come back and sell it to them. And soon enough i was driving away in my first brand new car 2023 trd off road tacoma. Now here is where the 4 stars come in. So i took the car to vegas since it was my birthday weekend and i get a text from the finance manager the next day saying that the original finance company declined the first contract but the good news was that they got another finance company to approve it mind you i already had put 400 miles on the car. So i tried not to let it ruin my birthday/memorial day weekend but i couldnt shake it, i have nothing bad to say as it does happen. (I do work at a dealership) so fast forward to monday (memorial day) i drive from vegas all the way to the dealership got there around 8pm and was shown the new contract and had noticed that my payments had gone up 40$ and i was firm and said no i agreed to the first contract and I couldn't put anymore down, and i would gladly return the truck if need be. And they worked with the initial price of truck and kept my monthly rate as it was. Im glad that we got to keep my payments at tbe first agreed contract. But it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to drive from vegas to the dealership on a holiday. Kinda ruined my weekend to be honest but no harm no foul.Thank you to lupe and the finance manager in working with me. Maybe ill be back for new taco

Thank you Karii and everyone at Toyota of Anaheim for addressing the issue of the missing tpms sensor in my order. The replacement arrived today and I just wanted to say your response exceeded my expectations....I really thought I was out $65 and I'd have to order it again from my local dealer.Yup, Toyota of Anaheim....totally recommended due to the way they handle potential issues.

Shoutout to Chris for getting me into my new 2023 Camry !I went in for an oil change on my 2018 rav and Chris and his team were able to assist with trading in my rav for a new 2023 Camry. Chris and Fernando were able to get my payment exactly where I wanted, even with adding gap into my loan. I highly recommend Chris and his team at Toyota of Anaheim !

Complete lack of acknowledgement when I arrived. Several service advisors/personnel were visible in a few offices playing on their cellphones. I walked into a guy named Yousfat (sorry for incorrect spelling). He said he could be bothered, go down a few offices to find someone else. OK...waived down another guy who seemed visibly annoyed that he had to help me. He checked me in and told me he had no idea how much my oil change was going to cost $19.95 on the coupon or $40 more. Bad taste in my mouth already, 300% higher price than on the coupon for an oil change?! That's like ordering a $9.99 burger special and getting charged $29.99 to add cheese. It's not the $ it's the feeling of getting ripped off. Glitches in the app declining the additional services being sold. Pickup was the same, this time it was a ghost town, the same guy Youssef (his name was on his office) told me to go bother someone on the other side. Probably won't come back, and I'll share my poor experience
