I've been with Metro for over 14 years now going on 1500 with them whatsoever I advise anybody to choose Metro PCS I switched over from T- Mobile and was happy to keep my phone number I advise anybody to choose MetroPCS their customer service is fantastic their prices are even better MetroPCS you rock.

Absolutely horrible store. This is the second time i've been in there where it was obvious as hell that the people behind the counter were totally incompetent. They wanted to argue with me about how much I should pay for my monthly rate when I already showed him on the phone how much it was.They just don't get it at all. No wonder there's never more than a couple people.There and one person behind The counter. One time I went in there with a phone that wasn't charging. And they sent me to cell spot. Cell spot said that all.It was was a dirty port. I thought a company was stores supposed to be more professional. But this 1's gone right down into the gutter, the last 2 years.

Paid $150.00 for a Samsung A15 feel like I was got employee kept knocking of money said his discount boost has same phone for $25.00 feel ripped off its 9:25 store supposed to open at 9:00 am and it's not 9:49 am still closed been waiting

Customer service from Mike and the team is very professional , was at a previous location nearby and was treated horribly came here and will make this my main store for the amazing services Mike was of great help. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know.
