If you don't mind feeling like you walked into a weed dispensary for a cell phone, great place. The girl that helped me had no idea what she was doing. I went in to update my payment because my card was about to expire and darn near paid for 4 months. I hate that this is really the only Metro location in my area. I avoid this place as much as possible.

I bought a 400 dollar phone in cash and the associate charged my card on file for a monthly lease and pocketed the cash!!!! I didn't catch on till 4 months after when I reviewed my statements. When I called 611 they told me they couldn't even see a lease attached to my account. SCAM.
