Linh was absolutely wonderful to work with, I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is professional, efficient, and empathic. I was the administrator of my mom's estate and came to her with a somewhat complicated probate sale situation. She was very compassionate and reduced my stress immediately by outlining how she would take care of everything from beginning to end. And she did! She anticipated potential obstacles to make sure the sale would go through easily once we received an offer, she priced the condo competitively, and she began staging and showing it within a week of me agreeing to work with her. I ended up selling the condo in under 2 months. I received multiple offers and settled on an all cash offer slightly over my asking price. Linh is excellent at what she does so do yourself a favor and let her take this process over for you.

Had a great experience working with this business and with Trung! Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Took the stress out of the refinance process. Tried working w several other companies before finding Trung, so lucky that I did. It was easy to send documents, and they were very quick to send updates and next steps. Will definitely work w Trung again in the future. Highly recommend their work!

Had the opportunity to work closely with Esther Hsu from Meridox Real Estate and Mortgage for my first home purchase. She was an amazing and very professional home loan agent. I was out of the country for my initial half of the home purchasing process, but she made sure to keep me up to date with all the documentations and requirements via texts and emails. I never felt like I was missing out on any information or updates, which I really appreciate. For the latter half, my property ran into some HOA litigation issue, but she was very diligent, assertive and relentless in reaching out to the necessary people to gather all of the documents that were required in the home loan borrowing process. I was very impressed with how quickly each issue was resolved. To be honest, I was quite worried and had many concerns with the litigation as a first time home buyer, but Esther consistently reassured and explained every minor detail to my full understanding. This definitely eased all of my worries and concerns and turned a potential disaster into a positive and smooth sailing experience. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely request for her service again on my next home purchase and would recommend her to all of my friends and family members as well. Cheers to an amazing home loan agent!

Where do we even begin? My husband and I have been so fortunate to have worked with Linh and her amazing Meridox Team for our home purchase when we returned to SoCal. Finding the right home in this environment is a challenge, more so when you're uprooting your entire life to move across the state! But Linh made our biggest purchase so seamless and was always there to lend her expertise, advice, and cheerfulness. From the moment we met her, we knew that she was a knowledgeable, experienced, and professional realtor who is looking out for your best interest, which are qualities we should all seek in real estate agents.
Linh listened to what we wanted in our new home, sending us multiple listings that would match our criteria, and visited each home that we toured where we've shown some interest. It still amazes me how devoted she is to her clients, wanting to see and know as much about a property before moving forward with an offer. She's also creative in her approach to working with other agents, making conversation with them frequently to see if there's any useful information that we could use to inform our decisions, and is so emotionally intelligent and shrewd in her interactions with sellers that we did not need to worry if we were putting our best foot forward - with Linh we always were. Her advice and observations on the industry are thoughtful and incisive, and so we frequently sought her opinion on next steps and items we were unsure of.
After putting in a handful of offers on multiple properties, we finally purchased our home and closed about two weeks ago with the help of Linh!! From the day we toured the property to the day we picked up our keys was 17 days, which is so quick that we had to notify the sellers of the early closing. Linh's suggestion on putting in our best and most aggressive offer worked, and our willingness to close quickly and cleanly was a major factor as to why our offer was chosen.
Buying a home can be daunting and frustrating, so you want to not only trust the agent you will be working with, but also get along with them! This is an important relationship so you should enjoy the process, and you will if you have the Meridox Team representing you.
It's only been a few weeks since we closed, and already I'm looking back at this episode with fondness and realize that the Meridox Team was critical to helping us secure the right property. Thank you Linh for helping us find our new home, we are eternally grateful that this journey started with you.

The entire Meridox team was great. I have used them to purchase my first home in Oceanside. We found a place and closed escrow within 30 days! I refinanced through them as well for better rates. Then I moved to Long Beach and they helped me with all of the paperwork for a new house and made everything easy. 10 out of 10 - highly recommend. Shoutout to Leanne for all of her hard work!

Appreciate all the help Ashley Lurz did for me and my family. It was very helpful having Ashely as my real estate agent, she did all the work. She looked into fire zones and the public area to see if it was fit my for family. She finally found the home and helped me incredibly through the process. Meridox Real Estate and Mortgage is the best. I'm a first time homebuyer and have had nothing but a perfect experience working with them. I worked specifically with Nhi Tran, who made me feel like the most important / only client of hers at any given time. She was super quick to respond, extremely accommodating, and most importantly, an amazing person to work with generally. Linh Tran helped me and my wife sell our condo and purchase a new construction home. She is extremely detailed, organized, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and timely. We loved working with her and highly recommend her. So happy we found her. With a baby onboard we didn't have a lot of extra time. Thankfully we had Linh in our corner throughout the process and saving us time. We received over 10 offers on our condo after one open house weekend, most way over list price. I think Linh really works her magic during the open house and she is able to evaluate potential buyers in person. She provided us written pros and cons and rankings of each offer received. Linh was able to negotiate a free one month rent back for us while we waited for our new home to be completed. Thanks to her, we didn't have to move to a temporary place. For our new home purchase we worked with Linh to obtain the mortgage loan. Process was so smooth and we closed on time with no issues. Linh exceeded all expectations and we were so impressed with her!

Working with Zachary Yamamoto has been nothing but a pleasure and beyond. He has been with us through every step of the way - making sure we don't worry about anything, while taking care of EVERYTHING. He helped my husband and I buy our first home through a smooth, quick process and never missed a phone call nor a question. Real estate is insane, but Zach definitely made it nice and easy for us by walking through the toughest decisions and helping us feel confident in our choices!
