“Highly recommend this family owned business providing excellent customer service and great prices without aggressive sales tactics or upselling! I stopped by with my mom, a few minutes before they closed. They allowed us to browse at our leisure. Respectfully directed their questions to my elderly disability mom, the customer, instead of me. Patiently communicating with her via her written responses because of her speech disability. Asked what she was looking for and ultimately helped her decide between a more expensive vs less expensive option, recommending the least expensive one!! They provided delivery in days and went way above and beyond for delivery and set up. One of the owners accompanied the delivery guys and offered to help my mom with other heavy things that needed to be moved. He made sure she understood how to use the bed controls. He genuinely complemented her art work and landscaping, and he insisted I contact him if my mom had any problems with the bed. The husband and wife owners treated my mom like a precious family member. I get the sense that’s how they do business for all. Don’t use a big box bed & mattress store. This business has better prices and deserves our business. Customer service is not dead, it’s just harder to find.”

“I went because of the good reviews, and I am very happy with my purchase. I bought 2 mattresses, one full size and one twin size. It has different types of mattresses and prices. The one who attended to me was Vio. I personally gave some Marketing suggestions. Since there is almost not much information on social media, the website needs to be updated. This is a family business, so they are willing to help me get the mattress you need.”

“I wanted my chair as soon as possible the bigger better chair was not available till the end of July the one I chose was available immediately and will be delivered on Thursday the experience was pretty good and I looked one day took pictures and the person I was giving the chair to review the pictures and she chose the the best one but again it was not available I checked with her second one was fine so we chose that one again it'll be delivered on Thursday the only thing I did not like about the experiences the first day that I was there they told me if I wanted to get the deal that was offered I had to put a deposit down of $200 then care for that I told him I was coming back and I did I don't need to hold my money to get me to come back bad business everything else was terrific thanks for asking”
