READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING UP, don’t take their word on anything. No way to cancel if you move, they charge extra for transferring credits after you’ve already paid, and they will only transfer 1 credit at a time within 6 months.I don’t like writing negative reviews but when it’s money out of my pocket given for free to a big company I need to make sure others are aware. $525 for no services rendered.On a side note, all the customer services reps were very nice. They just gave me the facts and advised the policy in a nice way.Good luck everyone!!

I went once a month for a 90 minute massage for six years. I needed back surgery so I went on hold for five months. They called after five months and I informed them I only needed one more month. They would not give it to me. What ever happened to customer care. I would never go back to them. They just lost a loyal customer.

I love this location. It has taken me years to find a Massage Envy that actually lives up to the standards the brand sets for itself. Without naming other sites, there have been a few fails for sure. Not here! The Anaheim Hills location has a team that clearly loves working together, and it shows. From Zane (sorry if spelled wrong) at the front desk, who's always so courteous and remembers little details to add that personal touch, to my favorite therapist, Ezzie. Ezzie definitely takes pride in her work, and you can tell she is very knowledgeable in anatomy and what techniques to use to bring you relief. Her kind hearted nature and openness to listen to your concerns make for a personalized and therapeutic experience every single time. I would recommend Ezzie and this location to anyone!

I had a terrible experience at this location. I was left waiting in the quiet room for 25 minutes. When I came out to see why my therapist hadn't come to get me, no one apologized and now I was out about half of my session time. Both the receptionist and therapist tried to make it seem like my fault. When I was done, I was told that the manager said that I still had to pay for the full session. Funny how when I book a 90 minute massage, they're able to break the session in half. Yet when they make a mistake apparently there's nothing that can be done. I felt completely disregarded at every turn and felt like a completely forgettable person. I've spent probably $20K at Massage Envy in the last 10 years but now I'll work down my remaining credits and cancel my membership.

Don't waste your money. It's a scam that will cost you thousands of dollars. During Covid credits kept accumulating that couldn't be used. Who wants to get a massage with a mask on even when they opened back up. So I ended up with 14 or 15 credits and the only way to use them is to keep paying. You can only suspend payments for a limited time. I am going to end up throwing away over a thousand dollars in credits because of this policy. Be sure to read the fine print before you sign up for this scam.

This company's policies on masks is asinine. They continually have changed the terms of their agreement without notifying their customers. Plus the massage are average at best. It is definitely not worth the monthly fee. Save your money.

I want to thank Ina and the staff for acomodating me today and having me in a different room than usually. Of course, the facial was amazing as usually! Ina goes above and beyond all the time!

First time here; received a facial and massage.Professional service desk and booking was easy onlineWaiting area is quiet but lacks spa qualitiesFacial was standard, more a facial massage than a deep dive into skin care; you have to pay extra fees for deeper cleanse/serviceUpsell wasn't pushy but more recommendationsMassage was lovely in listening to my pressure preferences, no excessive talking but caution not the full 1hr, but 50 minutes.

I appreciated the receptionist Hanna and Massage therapist Ezzie Both were personable, focused on me and really made me feel comfortable. Hannah gave me Massage Envy's information in a very personalized way and was very easy to talk to. She asked how my massage was and wasn't pushy. Ezzie was very lovely !!! she picked up all the things I needed de-stresed, worked on before I could say anything. She was very observant and focused, she's amazing! I needed that. Thank you both!

Had a great massage today. I had Matthew and he was great!!! He listened to my concerns and focused on all my knots yet still made it feel relaxing. I left feeling like melted butter. I will be back. Thank you matthew

I was worried after reading so many negative reviews, but this location was able to accommodate my last minute (day before) request for a massage. Ian was just a few minutes late coming to retrieve me from the lovely little calming waiting room that is separated from the lobby, and he apologized. He got started right away, and I checked my watch to time the service since I've heard people complaining about the duration being cut short. We chatted just a little to figure out what I needed done, and a little conversation led by me, but he was very good at gauging when I wanted to talk, and when I wanted quiet. He clearly listened to my specifications, because he addressed all my issues, and did a great job at it. When he was all done, I felt so relaxed, and checking my watch, it was one hour to the minute! In addition, the three gals up front were all so friendly and helpful. I'm happy to report I had a fantastic experience here and highly recommend them.

Didn't get what I asked for. At the end of massage I was told I should have asked what I wanted when setting up appointment. I did and also was told that I would get deep tissue massage so I waited I asked can you do it harder and nothing I felt bad the staff all made me feel less than nothing I didn't argue even dough it was $300 + how is it ok for them to still say you have to pay after not been satisfied. For bad customer service I will Not return to this place at all.even the one I charge their didn't care for what I as customer was telling her that I didn't get the massage I wanted she was too busy asking about the tip extra money for them I wished you don't have to pay for that really poor service. DON'T GET MASSAGE HERE IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
