I had the BEST time at Mariposa Boutique. I came in from out of town on a lunch break to try on some dresses that were a bit outside of my comfort zone, and Tiana did an amazing job listening to me, letting me explore different options, and was my personal cheerleader since I didn't have any family/friends close by. The prices are reasonable as well and they will work with your desired price point. I would absolutely recommend any bride in the area to try this bridal shop.

I had the best experience at Mariposa Boutique with Tiana as my bridal stylist. During my first visit, I came in by myself and Tiana helped pull dresses for me and take all my videos. She was so nice and was able to identify the exact designer and style of a dress I liked from just a picture of the top half of the dress! For the dresses I tried on, she knew all of the variations that the dresses came in. Tiana is so knowledgeable that I wouldn’t be surprised if she knew all the dresses in the store.
After a week of trying on dresses and going from store to store, I made my decision to return to Mariposa Boutique with my family because of how great my one on one experience was the first time. Tiana was there to help me again, and I was able to try on the two dresses I’d been thinking about. She showed me different veils and sleeves to go with the dresses. At the end of the appointment, I said yes to the dress! I went to at least 10 stores to find my dress, but Mariposa Boutique made my experience the most memorable.

Had such a great experience at Mariposa! There is such a large variety of dresses and price ranges for everyone. I came in with a particular budget and was pleasantly surprised to fall in love with a dress that was less than my budget! I went to 2 other shops after visiting mariposa but ultimately came back for “the one” ?
I would highly recommend checking out Bespoke Bridal by Julisa for your alterations rather than then who was listed on their recommendations.

Incredible customer service. They aren’t fake in hyping you up nor do they pressure you to buy a dress— they truly communicate care. I believe Tiana was the one who helped me out and she made me feel like a bride when other places made me feel like a regular customer. Also, the selection is fantastic here.

When I was looking for my wedding dress, I found out that Mariposa Bridal was having a sample sale and a specific dress that I wanted to see was being included in the sale, so my mom and I went to check it out. I realize that my shopping experience at Mariposa was different than their normal since I was there for a sample sale, but I wanted to write a review because I was so impressed by the staff! Everything for the sale was super organized. The dresses that were on sale were sectioned and color-coded by size, style, and price, which made it super easy for me to find the dress I'd specifically gone to look at and then to find other options too! The try-on situation was also very well planned; you waited in line for a fitting room and could only bring in 3 dresses at a time so no one bride would be in their room for too long and things would keep moving, but of course you could get back in line if you wanted to try on more dresses. The staff moved around to the different fitting rooms to zip up dresses, apply clips, and bring over accessories so brides could envision their dress with veils and belts. I ended up getting back into the line a few times and the staff, especially Tiana, kept coming over to help my mom and I. I fell in love with a sample dress that was pretty beat up (it was $200, if that gives you a sense of how worn it was). I asked Tiana and the others if they thought a skilled alterations person could fix it and they were frank with me when they said they did think so, but it would not be cheap. They also offered to ask an alterations person across the street if they could come take a quick look since they don't have in-house alterations, but I didn't have time to wait, so I just went for it and bought the dress! Tiana offered to contact the manufacturer to see if they had any extra lace I could purchase that could be used for repairs; I took her up on it and she was able to get the lace for me a few weeks later!
I didn't expect that my dress buying experience would end with a busy sample sale and a $200 beat up sample dress, but I honestly am so happy with how things turned out and I really appreciate the help that Tiana and the other team members at Mariposa gave to my mom and I! If you're looking for a dress, I'd really recommend making an appointment with them; based on my experience, I'm sure their more normal bridal experience is great! And if you happen to catch them during sale time, check it out - if you can handle a bit of organized chaos, it's very worth it!

I had a wonderful experience at Mariposa Bridal Boutique. Sandra was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed and was able to try on a wide variety of dresses. I highly recommend this boutique to any bride-to-be.

Wanted to write a quick review for Tiana - thank you so much for being the most awesome bridal stylist! She was so informative, helpful, and most importantly so patient, encouraging, and had the best energy. I had gone to a few bridal appts so Tiana's positive attitude really stood out. She was encouraging and let me try diff styles and never once made me feel like I was taking up too much time/space, or asking too many questions. She also really took the time to understand my style! Means a lot that she let me explore my options, never once showing an ounce of impatientness, she was all love and positivity. Thank you so much! Wanted to write this review for her because she truly is a special one & made my experience special! =) TYSM TIANA!!!

This place was gorgeous and had loads of options to try on. I had less than 6 months before my wedding and needed to find something quickly. Audrey was very kind and helped me find the perfect dress for me. I ended up buying a floor stock dress for $2,300. Very worth it, highly recommend

finally got my dress and they sent me home with it... in a trash bag looking bag. truly disappointing that they wouldn't even put it in a nicer garment bag. when you go to downtown la go get a suit they put it in nicer packaging for the way home. I felt like the customer service was horrible and I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere.

If you had asked me for my review back in June, it would've been 5. But after this entire experience, it's a 1 at best. While the staff IS very nice - quite literally, they made me feel so special during my fitting - the shops management and communication skills are severely lacking. I have empathy for the fact that they're probably busy and there are only so many people working at a time, but there's no excuse for all the hiccups I experienced along the way. Went in for my fitting in June and fell in love with my dress - ordered it the very same day. Was originally told that it would be here in December 2023 - my wedding is 2/2/24. A few months went by and I called them in October or November for an update - not only was my wedding date WRONG in their system, but now the eta was moved to January. I asked them if I would have enough time to alter and they said I would have "more than enough time". Cut to mid-December: called them repeatedly over the span of a couple weeks for an update with no response. They finally got back to me December 15 saying that they were expecting to have my dress by early January. I let a couple weeks pass and tried calling for an update again as we were nearing the end of the month - you would think that the dress would be on the way by that point. Early January: 2 weeks of calling and emailing (on my part) were made with NO RESPONSE. That is until I got fed up and started to spam their Instagram comments begging for a response. On January 8, they responded saying that the dress was expected to ship out that week and they would call me as soon as it came in. A week passes with NO update or tracking number. I get a call on 1/17 saying that the tracking number was finally created - it was only made that day, over a week later than it was supposed to ship out. Normally I would be fine with the quick turnaround time, but my wedding is on FEBRUARY 2nd. And then bam - the dress gets held up by the massive winter storm and it's stuck in Tennessee. Eta is tbd. I went into the shop on 1/19 (only 2 weeks out from my wedding!) and requested the floor sample so I could just alter that. They gave it to me with only 30% off. Personally I think I deserved so much more considering that it was the floor sample and the stress was killing me. So now here I am - 9 days away from my wedding. Going into my first fitting tomorrow with my TAILOR - because all of the bridal seamstresses I called said they would not have enough time to alter my dress. And my original order is finally on its way to the shop... If I could go back months ago, I would tell myself to run.

0/10 do not recommend. My fiancé ordered her dress in April 2023, it is now January of 2024 and she still has no tracking number nor has customer service been good at reaching out to her. The last update she got was in the beginning of January and it was very vague and still not a good update as the dress still hadn't even been shipped. She has tried to get in contact with them since that last update but no one has returned her calls or voicemails. If you're looking for a place that communicates and has good customer service this is not that place. Could be a distributor issue or an issue possibly not specifically on there end but they are not handling the situation well at all. They have done nothing but make the dress buying experience a horrible and stressful time for my fiancé.
