We have been working with Gabby at Marble Exoress in Anaheim. The experience of picking a stone for a kitchen countertop can be very intimidating knowing that you will have it for years to come. With Marble Express we had an excellent experience due to Gabby listening and understanding what we really wanted. I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know!!

My contractor suggested I go there to find a quartz countertop. Walking into the lobby, I asked the person at a desk if I could get some help. They said go out and start looking and somebody will come out and help you. I asked her where the quartz countertops were, and she said everything in the back. I am a senior citizen with two bad knees. So walking through a warehouse looking at slabs of quartz is challenging. Which is why I asked them specifically where the quartz countertops were located. While looking at the different choices, I saw employees there and asked them if I could get some help. They said someone would be right there to help me. I asked several people several times. No one ever came to help me. However, seeing couples that came in after me, sales people went up to them immediately, and asked if they could be of help. After a couple of hours of looking at quartz slabs, I found a couple that would work. I went back to the lobby where the offices are located and asked a girl to look up prices for me. I was then told that what I had picked out with Quartzsite not Quartz (Quartzsite being real stone and more expensive than quartz .)So I now realize I spent the last two hours of walking on my bad knees, looking at the wrong product. The quartz countertops they offered were on a side area, and most of them were covered up with plastic and difficult to see. I left totally dissatisfied.

I'm in awe of the selection of the most beautiful marble, granite& quartzite (to name a few)Marble Express has. I went to look at marble for my office, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The owner, Jack was amazing. He took time to help educate me on the different finishes available, leather, polished, etc. I highly recommend Marble Express!

Do not buy from Marble express. Buyers beware. Ask about warranty. We had our quartz installed by Miguel Caldaron which we met at Marble express to pick out our slabs. We have had cracks and chips in our quartz. Miguel will not return our phone calls. We reached out to Marble Express and Cambria and neither one would warranty or take responsibility for the detective product. If I could give all 3 of these a "0" I would.

This showroom had the best selection of stone and quartz slabs of all the showrooms I had visited. It's huge! They also had Cambria slabs on view that other showrooms only had samples available. It takes a while to look around because its so big and there is so much to see. After looking around, simply go to the front office to find someone to help you. There aren't sales people walking around looking to make a sale. This is a really low pressure place where you can look as long as you want. When you are ready, the staff are willing to answer any questions and are really knowledgable about the materials. I worked with Richard and I have to say, it was easy and a real pleasure. He patiently answered any questions I had and had moved some slabs from a batch of quartzite for my viewing so I could pick the ones I liked. I bought the slabs on the spot because I found what I was looking for. I would recommend looking here first if you are remodeling and need countertop material. I'm surprised this place isn't more popular.

They have lots of slabs here to look at but I think it's more of a place you'd come to if you're just starting out and you're pretty open minded of what you want. I came looking for a a specific type of quartz and with sparkle, and they didn't have much to choose from. But I did enjoy looking at what they have - they had some nice slabs! Also, just a note -- you'll pretty much be on your own here. Nobody really came out to help us. There were just some guys on a forklift moving stuff around --- a couple of times I felt like they were steering us towards the exit. So we just left. But it's ok - we didn't find what we were looking for anyways.

Ask for America!!! She is the best. She pulled by 4 slabs for me and provided samples for each. She had great ideas/suggestions/recommendations.If you go, ask for America!She will save you time and money!

Alex was the guy I dealt with at this company. When my product (floor tiles) arrived 85% of the tiles were either broken or out of shape!!!!! What a freaking joke, this put my project behind by a full day. I would never use this company again for nothing. They couldn't even give me free tiles....what a waste of space and business!!!!! I'll post picture so you can judge for yourselves!!!! Don't buy tile from this place...................................
