This is a DHL drop off for international returns. They have rental mailboxes and dulces from Mexico. And friendly, personable service. The system was down when I arrived to return some shoes to the UK. There was a system upgrade that was taking an inordinate amount of time. The gentleman shared that his wife is usually working, but he had a day off and was there instead. He told me they went to breakfast that morning. We compared local restaurants. I was there a good 15" just chatting. Other customers came and went and the conversation picked up where we left off. Ultimately, the system did not come back on line in the time I was there. I took a photo of my package and his business card as proof of the drop off. Today I looked to see the package was delivered. This is a mom and pop establishment worthy of my patronage.

Walked into this facility, which the one area was a disaster. The woman behind the counter, very rude, did not even acknowledge us when we walked in. We were looking for a shipping box, and my daughter was having to try to reach over the junk around to try to get a box. As I said let's go since they don't wan tot help, then the woman states well if you need some help just ask. My response was, Customers should be acknowledged when they come to your establishment to give their money to your business. also after acknowledging, how how can I help you, or do you need help with something. I will never waste my time or money at this place. I will just have to drive the extra 2 miles to the other facility where their employess and owner know how to treat their customers. Definitely would not recommend this facility to anyone, who expects to get customer service when they are spending their money.

This is place is great. It was a little business interaction at first but everyone got warmed up to each other very fast and now I come here almost every day for my packages. They are super helpful, professional and now, great people to meet at the end of my busy day. The services are fast and easy. Pricing is affordable. Strongly recommend.

This place is very unprofessional iam very appauled at the behavior of the woman that i talked too was asking a simple question about shipping since i started a online buisness thats booming and have to ship many items and dhe acted as if i was wasting her time and could not been any more rude saying so! I demand this lady be retrained in sensitive training al in customer service! If you dont like your job please dont take it ou on someone else i will take my buissness else where my first shipment would of been short of 100 packages.......

Everyone here is so nice, even when I'm just dropping off packages and not spending any money! Especially tonight, the guy working went out of his way to help me pack up my package and was so patient and kind even though I wasn't buying anything. Thank you!!

I have been here a few times and its family owned and always very nice and helpful.Their prices are the same as usps and they open at 9 am.I highly recommend using this place.

I can't even get my mail now that they've so severely reduced their hours. I cannot make it before 6pm after work and they are closed on Sundays. This means I can only get my packages on Saturday's. I wish I knew they were going to change their hours when I signed up. I would have gone elsewhere. They also made a mistake when I signed up and was texting the previous owner when my packages came in. They often tell me I don't have packages and so I have to show them tracking in order to get them to search more thoroughly. It's been the worst experience.

I had to use several different services in the past 4 weeks at the Newland center store, and this couple were very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional! I can highly recommend this mailbox express office!

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! I wish I can give this place a negative star. This place is as unprofessional as any place can be. They harass their customers and does not get any of the work done. I went there a few times to return my amazon products and they told me that they cannot return it due to the barcode not being the way they want but amazon gives only one kind of barcode and I went to another ups facility and they did it for me, but this store wouldn’t give the same service so I am appalled. I am so sickened by the customer service at this mailbox express. If you can’t do the business properly, get out of business and don’t waste customer time. What’s the point of harassing your customers and why is this place so unprofessional? If you want your work to be done, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE LITERAL PLAGUE.
