Ordered a pineapple and pepperoni pizza we talk this wow man 3 time pepperoni and she makes us wait an extra 10 minutes after the 15 minutes wait to give us only a pineapple pizza. She wouldn’t make a new one unless we paid for another pizza. They charged us full price to begin with and want more on top. She had to ask for help multiple times.

Waited at least 7 minutes to even be acknowledged, I had placed an online order for a lunch combo before even getting there and stilll had to wait about 40 minutes in the lobby absolutely

Ordered lrg stuff crust and 15 min later I went to pickup and it was lrg extra pepperoni regular crust . So cashier said sorry I make you another it will take 20 more min, I will wait for stuffed crust ( my favorite) and asked for the other pizza too and he just laughed and said nothing.I'm very upset customer and they will never have my business again Ball and Euclid and my pizza tasted awful
