Been here multiple times, excellent experience each time. All the staff (front desk and phlebotomists) are friendly, polite and helpful. Usually I have an appointment but even when I didn't the wait was not long.

Usually like this place Bc it has Nice staff, fast service, not too many other in wait room usually. However a bit of an alarming thing happened today: saw dried blood splatter on the arm rest while I was getting seated. I would think it could’ve been rather dangerous if I had an exposed cut on my arm make contact with it.

I would give 5 stars if I was just rating the phlebotomist. The office staff was very unprofessional. Literally every patient that came in struggled with the machines. The three ladies behind the counter were not helpful and seemed bothered. The phlebotomist was amazing. He was kind, helpful, engaging complete 180 from the ladies working in the front.

I've gone here for blood tests the past few years and have always had a good experience. Usually, the wait is not long, and the phlebotomists are skilled, making testing as quick and painless as possible. I've recommended this office to others.

The two staff memebers behind the counter are rude and unprofessional. As an example, my husband was waiting on my behalf while I was next door getting another order filled. They called my name and my husband told them I would be right there. When I arrived, I told her my name and also asked about my daughter, who was also waiting with us to be seen. She looked up at me and said " I have no clue what you're taking about". Then giggled and looked away. The other staff member is equally rude and unprofessional. They treated everyone with the same rude behavior. No one was treated with respect. This will be the last time I come here. Too many other options to be here and have to deal with this.

I waited 30 minutes for the receptionist to tell me they didn’t have the tests I needed to get done. Then she read my test out loud in front of other patients. Unprofessional & a waste of time.

Lab technicians are really good, it's the front desk that's the problem. The lady that works the front with the dark curly hair is EXTREMELY rude. Every single time I've been here she's had a dismissive/bad attitude. Every interaction I've seen her have with another patient is exactly the same. She seems to be actively disinterested in helping the patients that come in. They must have gotten complaints about her before, but her service is notably bad!

Usually I love this place because I have small veins that are hard to find. All the technicians there get my good vein on the first try. However, although the mask mandate has been lifted, they are still required in medical settings. Even the door to the lab said masks are required. The first person to walk in was an old lady without a mask and I said "isn't she supposed to be wearing a mask?" And Monique (the front desk girl) replied rudely "I can't force anyone to wear a mask." I even told her they are still required in medical settings and then once again she rudely replied "I can't force anyone to wear a mask." Then the disgusting old lady who was not wearing a mask started licking her fingers to separate the pages of her lab orders to hand to Monique. She repeatedly told the disgusting old lady to stop doing that bc that is how Covid is spread, but the disgusting old lady kept doing it. I was so glad my blood was drawn in a different room than the old lady had been in. Monique wasn't wearing gloves when she was dealing with the disgusting old lady who was licking her fingers then passing on her lab orders to Monique. Then Monique took the next person's paperwork. I did not see her wash her hands in between. Then I was next. I sure hope her hands were washed before she touched my paperwork, but once again I did not see any hand washing. Maybe she used hand sanitizer when she was behind the desk when she took my paperwork, but I did not see it. I am thoroughly grossed out.

This is the most tolerable Labcorp location since the La Veta location shut down. Now I am trying to make an appointment for lab work at Anaheim Hills and the Labcorp system won't let me. I hope this doesn't mean that the Anaheim Hills location is being shut down too. If so, it could explain the rude service mentioned in another recent review. As we know, Labcorp's main interest is in making a profit, not in serving patients or keeping staff, this is to be expected.

Wow what a rude cow in the front desk! Woman with dark long curly hair. Does not give you eye contact give the one word answers and acts if you were bothering her. What horrible customer service you have. I'd rather wait in line for hours versus dealing with you. You should definitely not be working in customer service and especially not be working in healthcare!! She needs to be fired!

I really don't like having my blood takenI have been known to pass out. It's very embarrassing.Monique at LabCorp was awesome, she took my mind off it, and before I knew it she was putting the bandage on.This place gets 5 stars!!!Thanks Monique
