WORST EXPERIENCE: My family and I have been going there for a long time and they have been decent BUT today they were horrible. My mom went alone to the appointment and the nurse who did her tests was so mean, my mom has bruises in both of her wrists, because the nurse couldn't find the veins in either of them. My mom is so disappointed of today. She also says that they were ignoring her and pretended not to know Spanish when they CLEARLY know the language. The people in front were also horrible and so mean to her. Never coming to this place again super BAD costumer service.

The lady who works at the front desks always looks like she is so miserable. The skinny one with messy hair. No social skills and no personality, looks like she hates her job

For those walk in persons! And those parents who have bloob work to be done for one or more kids! This place doesn't allow you to bring all your kids at once! Which I think is wrong!I have 3 kids with blood test ordered by doctor. As parents we take the time to drop all, go early, wait in line and until you reach the sign in list, they tell you ...they cannot see all of your kids, they have to go again in line yo wait a turn!Who is the manager here, what is the policy of having multiple patients in the same fam. And Why Caloptima, Medical partner with this lab place.Quest is a better place. Clean, faster, they let you sign in, walk in, and see all my kids at once. People here are faster, more compassionate with all patients and friendly overall.Parents please bring your thoughts to MEDICAL & CALOPTIMA TO CHANGE THIS LAB PLACE BACK TO QUEST.Lab is not a place that I would choose!Those who are responsible of passing the policy of not seeing sinblings at the same time! Hope you as a parent never get to this situation.To the main corporation! Please change this process!

Always have a good experience every time and never have to wait to long customer service always very nice and professional and helpful so far this is the best place to go and get your lab work and there plenty of parking spaces.

I went early this morning, waited an hour, and took a blood test, but the person doing the blood test drew my blood right away without even wiping it with alcohol. I don't know anything else, but I want to wipe it with alcohol, so I'm definitely leaving a review.

Site Coordinator, Amaheim for your care, patience, and understanding for drawing my blood for many years now.I have VERY DIFFICULT veins to draw blood from, they roll and are very small, and you always recognize my need and set-up to take care of me.You've listened to all of my medical challenges and make me feel appreciated, valued, and cared for.YOU NEVER MISS MY VIENS and usually even in a hospital setting, they have a problem hitting my views for bloodcwork or an IV line.YOU ARE GREAT AT YOUR JOB IN ALL RESPECTS. I checked in and gave the lady in the front my order and ask me if I have an appointment and I said no. She told me to have a seat & I heard that it should take about 40 minutes. It’s already been an hour and I haven’t been called. So I went to asked her why they haven’t called me when there’s one lady was called before me who also doesn’t have an appointment and checked in about 20 minutes ago. This location sucks.

They always acknowledge me and remember how sensitive I am with regular tape. They are always friendly and do their best to meet my needs. They work great as a team and I would not go to another location. Try to arrive early due to how busy they are. They can only do so much to attend the patients. Hopefully they can hire more staff.

For the last few months my husband has had to come here every other week. We come in as a walk in and have never had a problem with the wait, the staff or the phlebotomist. I love the service here and appreciate the kindness of the staff.Thank you,Angelia Savage

I have a rerouted appointment today at this location, they are quick to respond but person who collect my blood samples she doesn’t follow any SOP,s like she don’t ask my name, DOB, address not even take my signature, just to make sure I’m the right patient, I’m phlebotomist student, and that’s SOP,s is not compromised-able things in field, as a state certified phlebotomists

Came here on a Saturday due to me working a full time job. I love that it’s open on a weekend but be warned that it will be packed and I waited about an hour before being seen due to not having an appointment. Get here early they open at 7am. Parking lot has lots of space. The staff were helpful, had to help a fellow person check in due to being a bit short staff up front. I had to step outside and take a phone call and saw that my name had been called already 15mins after I stepped out. I felt horrible and they will probably not take me in. They were nice and said that they were looking for me and got my blood work done. If I need blood work done on the weekends this will be my place.
