I loved this store, I usually hate clothes shopping, but I had a good experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Maria, who was so warm and welcoming, I knew we were off to a good start. She called a sales associate to help us, her name is Kayleigh. She was so nice, attentive and knowledgeable about the clothing. This store had every size available, it made my shopping experience Wonderful. I went there for one dress and ended up getting two and a beautiful sweater. They have beautiful dresses, sweaters, jackets and a lot of items that are great quality. I will definitely be back when the season changes.

My wife and I stopped in the day after Christmas to exchange a dress. Normally the day after Christmas stores can be unbearable but our experience at Kiyonna was anything but that. Kayleigh was the sales rep that took care of us and she was patient, professional and just plain friendly. Additionally we were greeted by one of her associates who also went out of her way to make our experience pleasant and actually enjoyable. We would highly recommend Kiyonna for the quality of their garments and also for the quality of their staff.

I had gone everywhere looking for the perfect dress! I've bought this brand before, mostly at Nordstrom. I was thrilled to find out they have a corporate store. The service is impeccable and if they don't have a size out, the team is eager to find one with the design team. Consider them for parties or wedding planning! A hidden gem in the heart of Anaheim Hills!!!

I love this place! Clothes my size that I can try on! I'm the mother of a groom, and found that if I don't wear a size 4-14 the department stores don't have much. I tried on a pile of flattering dresses today and they all looked great. Tough decision, but I'm extremely pleased.

I have finally found a dress shop that gets me! Kiyonna's boutique is small but mighty! When I need a special occasion dress, I don't waste time anymore running around from store to store! I just straight to Kiyonna! Not only do I find my size, their dresses are very flattering. And every time I wear a Kiyonna dress, I get compliments all sorts of compliments. Carrie is usually the one that helps me at the boutique - she's great! So friendly and helpful! I have also referred friends and family to the Kiyonna boutique and they have found exactly what they needed and left happy. Any time I hear someone complaining that they struggle to find their size, I tell them about Kiyonna. They also have separates, but I mostly wear dresses. If you're a plus sized lovely, quit running around town looking for your special occasion outfits and get yourself to Kiyonna!

This is a beautiful space to try on clothes. It reminds me of a higher end wedding boutique. Staff has always been extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area.

I was so dreading shopping for my mother of the bride dress. My sister-in-law had recently purchased her mother of the groom dress here and highly recommend Kiyonna. I had the pleasure of meeting Kayleigh. She was so helpful and was full of suggestions. She never gave up and was determined to help me find the perfect dress. I can't thank her enough for her patience and cheerful attitude. I was in and out within 45 minutes. So happy I found this boutique. I will definitely be back. Beautiful shop, great service and fair prices. Thank you Kiyonna!

I bought a dress from this store in early May of 2022. The dress didnt fit and had a very odd smell. I emailed the company to get a return label and never heard from them. I tried calling and leaving a message never heard from them. So I decided to send the dress back to them and its been over 2 weeks still havent heard from the and no refund. I called today 6/2022 was hung up on and then called customer service back to get voice mail once again. Horrible customer service will never buy a piece of merchandise from them ever again. Will now have my credit card reverse the charges for this merchandise. Any organization that doesnt return emails or messages are not worth my hard earned money. You have lost a dedicated customer.

Ordered a dress, I was told it was delivered but it wasn’t. I asked for a refund. I was told to file a claim with fedex. I need documentation from kiyonna since they are the shipper to file a claim. Ive asked for this 3 times already with no response. Still no dress, no documentation and no refund. Very poor customer service.

I was quite excited to visit the Anaheim location. Come to find it is not open on Saturdays or Sundays. Some of us work Monday through Friday 9-5.
