I searched and searched for a reputable cabinet store from Pasadena all the way down to Costa Mesa, and this shop way by far the best in terms of both quality and price. Their solid wood cabinets were a better price than some shops' MDF cabinets, too. Anni was kind and helpful throughout. Thanks, Anni!

I was looking for stores to help me remodel my kitchen, and after looking at many, I finally came across Kitchen and Floor Direct. I am thankful to have Amy as my consultant, as she was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Amy helped explain the specific measurements and details needed for my renovation. The prices are also very reasonable!

Kitchen and Floor Direct has provided my cabinets for the last four years for my Remoldeling needs. Their prices and quality cannot be beat. I searched the major home improvement stores and their cabinets are overpriced and lack the quality when compared to Kitchen Floor Direct.

I personally redid our kitchen,keep in mind I'm not a carpenter, but I know a little bit about it. The people at this business were so helpful when I came in with what I thought was a diagram of my kitchen,they figured out what I needed and I picked up my new kitchen and installed it with out issue. The one and only issue I had was taken care of without question. I highly recommend this business.

We usually get the floorings for our properties from city of industry but since this new property we acquired is located in Irvine, we decided to check vendors, who are more local. Sean was very personable, prompt and helpful. Prices are about market. If you are looking for a place who is prompt and responsive, we highly recommend it. Just ask for Sean.

Please do not go to this place. Their employee damaged the tailgate on my truck and the owner refused to do anything or offer to fix it. They will just tell you that "accident happens and there's nothing they can do about it".Went there again because I was forced to pick up the rest of the flooring I need. Those guys lied saying they are out of stock and refused to do any business or acknowledge any question I was asking.Please stay away if you don't want cheap crappy product. They will damaging your truck/vehicle, those guys aren't even certified as forklift driver. Will give 0- if it was an option.

This is a long-overdue review. These guys deserve beyond 5-stars! Their service, price and workmanship, from the moment we started shopping and planning through completion, is just exceptional.We had converted a plain tv wall in one of our living areas into a tiled modern tv wall with an electric fireplace, mantle and hearth and surround lights. The workmanship is something to rave about. We had asked for 45-degree cut (mid-way through the job) on the tile instead of inserting those unsightly metal fillers on the corners. This is a very time consuming job due to this angled cut but these guys obliged without any qualms, and it came out wonderful!Both the mantle and hearth were custom built and stained beautifully. The contractors were always on time and worked a full day. They certainly did not try to juggle different projects at the same time. In just a little over a week, the job was completed. It was virtually stress-free. We highly recommend them. Go forth with full confidence. We'll return again soon for our next projects.

Update based on response: The actual measurements provided to the girl which the owner mentioned was let go inputted the wrong numbers and based the cabinets off her input. In which I was not aware and ended up with wrong sized cabinets that yes was ordered based off the order sheet but was inputted incorrectly by the business. Something I didn't think I should need to confirm if I provided the exact measurements. The misjudgment on my part of relying that the business knew what they were doing. Your credit that was provided was after hours of hearing you threaten us and told us to leave your business, not providing your name or information. It definitely didn't make up for what I am now left with but it's installed and the headache of spending more money to get it right was just not feasible at this time. I wouldn't go back and beware to all that step foot in.To the owner, next time work with your customer and not throw them out and wash your hands clean just because you got paid already. A happy customer is a returning customer.

I would give it negative stars if I could. same thing happened to me. I made an order for kitchen cabinets and agreed to the items listed on the receipt. Upon picking up the items for cabinets were wrong sizes and two cabinets were missing doors. I attempted to contact the company several times and I was told they would be contacting the manufacture. After not getting the issue resolved I asked for a refund and went back to the store to return all the items Still in closed boxes which were undamaged. The company would not give me a refund for the wrong items saying I agreed to what I received and they marked on the boxes I needed to cut the cabinet I had ordered to size. After opening some items I then realized that they were all damaged, previously used or missing pieces. Do not buy from this place and save yourself a headache.
