King's Inn feels like a best kept secret for those wanting to visit Anaheim on a budget. The motel is a significantly better deal than almost all other comparable ones in the area and with far better reviews. I went in cautious that there would be a catch—there wasn't for us! We stayed for two nights, 3 days. Rooms are totally satisfactory and clean. We paid $5 a day for a microwave, worth it for us. Customer service at the lobby was good and daily housekeeping. We had a clean, comfortable crash pad for long days at Disney. Reviews noted that the motel is noisy, we didn't have that problem at all. Bring earplugs just in case. Note that as of 2024, parking is no longer free, which is disappointing. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone just looking for a clean, safe crash pad for Disney visits.Walkability: 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland. Located a couple of blocks from the Toy Story parking lot for a free shuttle.

It’s alright. It is a motel and the ambiance and rooms match that. The location is convenient to Disneyland and it seemed like a reasonable amount of parking. (Not included in the reservation costs unfortunately)-The room was OK. The beds were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The hot water on the sink was very low pressure but the AC worked just fine and the cleaning service was very attentive. It will meet your basic needs. The windows are large which helps bring in light to the rooms but unfortunately it gives you no privacy when you want more light.-We had some issues with our check inn reservation but after some emails back and forth, it was sorted out.-There is a fridge but no microwave!-Not sure I’d stay again but for the cost, it is what it is.Walkability: 20 min walk from the hotel to downtown Disney

Great location, walking distance from Disneyland. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

It's relatively quite and the room are very clean. The beds are borderline uncomfortablely firm. But come with plenty of pillows. The shower head is low. I have to stoop down to wash my hair. The knobs make it a challenge to get the right temperature. The bathroom sink takes simple giggling to turn completely off. But overall, for the price location and customer service. I'd recommend staying here.

Amazing place!!! And this is coming from someone who is very picky with where they stay…. Very affordable but still a great hotel. Nothing fancy at all but rooms have everything you need and are very clean. The location is the best part about this hotel. There is easy access to several food places and convenience stores. The walk to Disneyland is not bad at all. We were worried because the reviews said the walk was too long but we were pleasantly surprised that it was not true. The walk is about 10 minutes at most. All you have to do is walk down the street, turn right and you’re on Disney Way. It may seem like a longer walk if you have young kids but for two adults, it was absolutely nothing. The only thing that wasn’t the best was that the pillows and bed were very firm. But we still slept great because you can control the temperature of the room and the space was very clean. Shower was great. Very spacious and clean with hot water. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size hot tub was huge and very hot. We didn’t interact too much with the staff but when we did, they were very friendly and attentive. Again, this place is nothing fancy but it is so worth it for the price and location. Thank you so much Kings, we were able to save a ton of money for the parks and yet we were still very satisfied and comfortable. We will 100% stay here again!Rooms: Clean, spacious, temperature controlledNearby activities: Restaurants and convenience storesWalkability: So many good food options nearby and a 10 minute walk to DisneylandFood & drinks: Lots of options on food and tons of good easy chain restaurants nearby such as Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, PF Chang’s, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, and so much more!

We had a great experience at King's Inn! The rooms are clean & comfortable. They are pretty basic but we only shower & sleep here. Part of us walked to the parks & said it was not far. The ones who couldn't walk took Ubers for $5. We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here from Feb22 thru Feb25. This is my third or fourth time over the 5 years and it’s never disappointed. Clean rooms with refrigerator , hot tub, pool even a laundry room. A bummer no microwave in room but you can use one in laundry room.Celebrated my 72 bday with three days of fun at Disneyland. My daughter and I had blast. Came back at night rooms were all nice and clean. The front office are always so friendly and helpful. I left my puffer vest in the closet that’s another story but thanks to Omar who I reached out to the next morning after getting home and thank goodness they had it. He arranged to have it shipped to me yes it was a little steep but I needed it back (sentimental reason) and it showed up today! I always fly and land att SNA Uber cost $34 for the 20 min or so ride. If you drive you don’t have to pay for parking either which is totally cool. It’s a easy ten minute walk to Disneyland. Starbucks and Walgreens are across the street and really good Blaze Pizza.Rooms: Totally happy with it 2 queen room lots of room clean bathroom great water pressureSafety: Well lit streets I felt safeWalkability: I’m 72 in fair health but i found walking to Disney was not stressful or hard.Food & drinks: Starbucks is right across the streetBlaze Pizza is excellent right across the streetBubba Shrimp is very close byWalgreens /CVS one block away they have everything

Nice updated rooms. Decent size with nice large fridge, but no in-room microwave. Parking is charged, vs. free a few months ago. Got a pretty good rate, allowed me as a magic key holder to spend 3 nights instead of two nights at hotels of similar location and quality.Update. I accidentally left my wife's small cross body bag with her wallet the day we checked out. Housekeeping staff turned it in to management, who had locked it up. We called after arriving home in Phoenix about the bag and the had the bag. They offered to mail it at our cost without hesitation, we decided to pick it up ourselves. The bag had no missing items and the manager on duty was helpful and professional. All in all we were very impressed and grateful for an honest Housekeeping staff and extremely helpful staff. The only glitch in the whole 3 day process was a front desk staff member not so nice.

This place is one I’ve stayed at before. Some things are solid:- hot tub and pool are well maintained and great after a long day of walking- location is close enough to Disneyland- cleaning services were efficient and consistentThe bad:- legitimately the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been in. There’s no sound proofing anywhere. Barely slept every night, you can hear literally EVERYTHING from other rooms. A crying baby meant we did not sleep at all one night, but even someone watching tv means you will hear everything- the noise is not limited to lack of insulation, the AC unit (as others have mentioned) and the fridge are both super loud, and are not consistent either. It’s not uncommon to suddenly wake up because things kick on temporarily with a loud bass-y boom- the pillows are insanely cheap. Also so uncomfortable and inconsistent. Not unusual to have a terribly lumpy pillow one night and have no alternative.- at one point a light literally turned on in the middle of the night and would not turn off. Never experienced this before and could not believe it.I doubt we will stay here again. Despite the price it’s simply too loud. No sleep is not worth itRooms: Paper thin wallsWalkability: Close enough for it to be worth the discounted price.Noteworthy details: the noisiest motel I’ve ever stayed in

We really enjoyed staying here at Kings Inn. It's about a 15 min walk to Disneyland, and there are shops nearby, including Starbucks. The room was small but recently updated and very clean. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the sheets were changed every day, and the pillows were soft. The hotel store was very convenient, as was the laundry room. There is also a nice upstairs patio that we spent some time sitting and relaxing. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Disneyland.Rooms: Clean and cozyWalkability: 15 minutes to Disneyland

This place was good for walking to Disney, but it is a little more than a half mile to the entrance. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. It's definitely a budget hotel, but worked well for my budget.
