Very easy and affordable place! We called as they looked like they had a local office but turns out the office to send or take your samples to was in Anaheim which was still easy. Loved the service!

I highly recommend Kapak Inc.for their reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and quick lab results. I sent in 7 floor samples from a 100 year old house for asbestos testing, and was able to get results for less than half the price and in half the time of our local environmental testing lab. I called the lab several times to discuss what my local landfill would need in a report, and my calls were answered right a way by an expert. Outstanding!

Easy to work with, Reliable, extremely knowledgeable. Scheduling was really flexible and when he said he would be there, he absolutely was on time. In my case, the test results were done in 24 hours because they have their own lab. All results were explained along with what would be needed to be done to remove the mold issue. Maintained confidentiality. I highly recommend this company.

I was really satisfied with their information and they were very helpful explaining to me what the problem was. They answered my call right away and they came out that same day and inspected the air quality in my home. I would hire them again if I need further results.
