Was fun but very expensive for what you get. Experienced once but will not return

Not a child/kid friendly place. It fails to give care to children’s happiness. Closing at late time is a good but putting a time of 8pm for children to ride go karts but allow adults to keep driving later is not fair. It is hurtful to take a child to drive go karts and be told only up to 8pm, I took my business to Go Kart World in Carson due to K1 only allowing children to drive up to 8pm.

Very fun. I love the staff, which is super friendly and such an amazing race track. I highly recommend trying it out

We went for a second time. They should not base children riding adult carts by height, I believe they should have a CA driver's license. Staff said they slowed down my child's adult car for safety (so my child couldn't drive as fast) but it slammed into a divider, which chipped my child's bottom teeth, put a hole in my child's shirt, which also put a hole through the skin and bruised my child's chest and leg. I don't believe they slowed the cars down. Then we watched another youth slam into the same area and also get out the car, then two other cars ran into the same area but kept going.
With both children having the same racial features, I question if the staff put the acceleration boost feature on at the same point because my child was unable to turn the wheel and my child had already been around that area twice. My child said they took their foot off the gas to turn the corner and the cart sped up. This was after having interesting/weird/frustrating yet professional conversations with a few staff members.
In addition, they also are not providing penalties to children who bump as advertised. My other kids were being bumped and spun out repeatedly, which is dangerous. The waiting period to ride in between adults and juniors is a mess. We will be searching for a different K1 speed outside of the Anaheim area. I'm hopeful for a better experience.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and safety is clearly a top priority here. Staff members are knowledgeable and ensure that all participants receive proper instructions and safety gear before hitting the track.

Pretty cool go kart track. Took the kids for their first time Karting and they enjoyed it. The only downside is that the track is quite small and there's only one track. I wish these chains would make bigger outdoor tracks and have different level of karts for more experienced drivers. But none the less we had a great time and will probably be back.

The check in process was extremely slow and complicated especially when the kiosk were erroring out
I was a guest at the birthday party, and the party host were complaining that there were no help from the staff, even though they charge arms and legs for their party set ups

I visited K1 Speed today in Anaheim. The place was very clean and the staff were relatively nice. It was the first time in about 4 or 5 years that my 14 year old and 11 year old nieces rode go-karts.
The 14 year old was driving on the 2nd or 3rd lap. She came around the corner too fast and hit the divider really hard. The staff was really responsive and she wasn't injured. However, I paid for two races, so they issued her credit for another visit. As I decided and managnent agreed that she should sit the next race out. I paid for 2 races for my other niece as well. However, she didn't want to do another race without her cousin. I asked for a credit for her as well to come back another day so she could ride with her cousin.
The manager said he couldn't issue a credit for my niece. Mind you their website says nothing about refunds. I wasn't asking for a refund but a credit for a future visit. I'm an executive leader for a very large organization and trust me he could have issued me a credit but he didn’t. K1 Speed advertises as a family/friend place to come and have a good time. Why wouldn't my nieces want to ride together on another day? I think that his response to me was not only a little rude but it was also unreasonable and just plain mean. He made no effort to accommodate me as paying customer/guest.
I have some thoughts on why he didn't issue me a credit. But I don't feel it necessary to bring it up here but will do so in another venue. I wasn't asking for a refund I was simply asking for a credit and we would come back on another day. So I give this place a 2 star rating because of how
my family and I were treated. The treatment by the manager, Matthew Reagan is of particular concern me.

Only giving this a 1 star because I need this to be seen and recognized. If y’all would be more attentive to who needs to move over, because majority of people don’t look behind themselves like they should, then this would get 5 stars. The karts were fast, the staff were amazingly kind, and the track was great. I’ll gladly change this to a 5 star review if this gets fixed. But that’s the thing that sucks about go-kart places, half of the time the workers aren’t attentive enough to let faster people have a good time.
