“I contacted Burton's Gems on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about two estate opal pieces that I had seen on their site. I had the pleasure of speaking to Matt, who could not have been more informative, kind and knowledgeable. Due to this conversation, I had the necessary comfort level in making an online transaction with their establishment.
The two pieces arrived in a timely manner and were nicely packaged. In addition to that, Matt included a lengthy, very descriptive, hand written note about the history of the pieces, and the care needed to ensure they last many generations.
I will definitely make a point to visit their store in person at some point in the future when traveling to California. They are a rarity in todays business world.
