I did not recieve any paper work documenting what was asked for in the service request. My request was:
1. Service all outstanding recalls. Most notable was the replacement of a heater core.
2. Service of my brakes. The car was only at $20K miles but I was told/sold that the electric cars need brakes sooner. The warranty I purchased at the time I bought the car required brakes to be done at 20K miles.
3. I asked for the Lane Assist to be investigated and fixed since it was not working.
This work took two weeks with little communication being volunteered by JLR AH. I called a few times with no call backs until after I requested to speak Sven Larson. I was told he would not be back in town until Monday the 18th. The 19th I did get a call from the Service Rep.
The results of the work were less than satisfactory. Two complete failures on the part of JLRAH are:
1. Heater does not work at all now due to whatever the JLRAH service department did. The heater worked before I brought the car in.
2. The Lane Assist does not work either and I feel was not even checked because there was no service ticket prepared to document what the work was going to be done.
I assume the other two recalls were carried out.
Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

Corbin Wilson at Land Rover Anaheim Hills is the absolute best! He is extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. Even though this dealership is not the closest to my home, I ordered my 2024 Range Rover from here because Corbin was so kind over the phone when I initially called just to get some preliminary information. Some other dealerships were either entirely dismissive and did not take my call seriously or were too pushy in trying to get me down to the store to buy another car on the lot, however, Corbin took a great deal of the time over the phone (without ever having met me and not knowing how serious of a buyer I was) to explain the process to me. I knew I wanted to give my current business to him as well as purchase all future Range Rovers from him. His colleague Kevin Yan was also fantastic and very helpful during the pick-up and paperwork process when my car arrived around Christmas! What a pleasant experience from start to end! Thank you Corbin and Kevin!

We had a great experience with our salesman Timothy. He was helpful and really did try to get us the best deal for our dream car. We set up an appointment to test drive the car we had our eyes on & ended up walking out with it super happy with the deal we got! He went above and beyond to make it happen for us and we appreciated it so much. Overall great experience!

My service provider George Nesbit helped me out and made sure my car was taken care of. He did his best by finding deals for me. I had a horrible experience at another dealership, and George made sure that didn't happen at Anaheim. I will be requesting him in the future.

Please don't go here. It's a rip off support local mechanics. There are plenty of jag specialists out there for a fraction of the cost here.
