This dealer is a joke . I put my car on KBB got cash offers $16600 Micheal called me said I can give you higher offer if you bring it in so I went there my car has only 9k miles he end up offering me $15k what a wasting time I told him if you can’t go over KBB price don’t make me drive save your time and mine .

Juan in the service department did everything possible to take care of the repairs my Durango HellCat needed. He was in constant communication and updated me regularly on their progress. Thank you. My HellCat is running great.

J Star is a prime example of a used car dealership that employs classic, underhanded tactics.
The dealership's deceitful practices were displayed during my attempt to purchase a used Tesla. After initially appearing helpful and friendly, the salesman(I believe his name was Jeff) abruptly transformed into a belligerent adversary when confronted about a hidden $1.6K(?) fee disguised as a "Financial fee(?)" for painting protection and a reneged discount promise. The salesman initially informed me that painting protection was an optional add-on, but he added it to the final quote that he took away before I read. When I caught this fee, he argued that paint protection was a mandatory add-on.
After hearing such lies, I told the salesman that I would think about it, and then he walked away from his desk without saying ANYTHING.
This, coupled with the dealership’s insistence on preventing me from reviewing the final quote before signing, strongly suggests a pattern of customer exploitation. Such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and transparency is a clear indicator that the dealership is concerned only with sales and not providing quality service.
You may find some deals that seem attractive, but I will strongly discourage my family and friends from doing any business with the J Star dealership.

I had the worse experience with this dealer.
I will never step a foot there again they promised me a deal and then dragged it all day and denied me.
Then they changed the price on me 3 different times.
No transparency at that dealer what so ever.
Very disappointing and very bad service.
Proof I was there last Monday around 11:30AM…
Yet they have the nerve to say I wasn’t there and I have proof look at the pictures no type of transparency thank you…
They couldn’t even say a simple sorry for their mistake.

Great experience buying my Jeep from Jstar! Kelvin did great at getting the payment to what I was comfortable with. Ran into a problem with a gas leak and they were quick to fix it. Melissa in services was absolutely amazing! She kept me in the loop about everything going on and between her and Sophia, they made sure I got into a loaner for my kids. Melissa even got me a car wash to help with the troubles and I couldn’t be more thankful! Overall great experience and everyone there is just so friendly!

I went to have my 2014 Jeep Cherokee smogged and out of nowhere the DMV told me I needed a recall done before they would register my vehicle. Called J Star and they immediately ordered the parts and called me when they were in and installed them. They knew exactly what to do and provided me with the “recall proof of completion” paperwork needed. Passed my smog with flying colors. A+++++ service. Highly recommend.
