After hearing me complain about the incurable condition of my beloved car (which I have been with since childhood), I was introduced to J&V Auto Repair & Smog by an American friend who works with the same company for a check-up. Unexpectedly, the owner is Vietnamese, diagnosed the car's disease accurately, treated it successfully, quickly, and at a reasonable price. Thank you very much, the beautiful and talented Ms. Lan, and everyone who works at J&V Auto Repair & Smog for checking in. Wishing you more and more development and good luck. I recently moved into the area. It's hard to find a new good mechanic. The first shop I tried couldn't fix the problem. Then I found J&V. They found the problem and made repairs at a very reasonable price. My 2nd trip to J&V my care was overheating. They found the issue and again made repairs for a very reasonable price. They now have a customer for life. Thank you Anna and to your staff. This is the place to go!!

I've been going to J & V Auto Repair for over 3 years now and keep coming back because the owners are such good and honest people. I have always trusted their recommendations on what needs to be done on my car. They are such a power duo and get me in and out for my oil changes very quickly. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside of the store and even a TV. The pricing is very fair here and I count on being a customer for life here!

What a great experience from J & V! My original auto shop increased their prices tremendously, so I quickly called around for better pricing. For an oil change for my 2015 Lexus IS250, I was charged $79 for synthetic oil. Everywhere else was charging $90-115 for this service. In addition, the lady who picked up the call told me to come in anytime and was super friendly.As soon as I drove up, she recognized me from my call earlier. She took my keys and car right away and the work was all done in 20 minutes. It is never fun dealing with car issues, but they made it super easy and affordable here --definitely recommend!

Appreciate their work on my car for an oil change. Called in and they took me right away. Took only 15 minutes. Great price!The parking lot is small, but location is easy to get to since it's right off Lincoln.The front desk lady and the mechanic are very kind and considerate. The man noticed the TV wasn't on and didn't want me to be bored in the waiting room so he asked what I'd like to watch. The front desk lady drove my car to the front entrance when the work was done. Made me feel like a celebrity. Took a star off because I called multiple times in the morning to see if they had available appointments, but their phone was turned off/disconnected until about 1pm. I sent a message on their website for a quote and heard back a week later. Overall, my car got the work done and all is good.
